The Conquistador wolves surged forward.

Their enemy broke the front line, sprinting across the grass in what seemed like crazed desire. Time seemed to slow as everyone shifted in their wolves. He saw Reeve's magnificent silvery wolf to his right, and then she was sprinting with bravery in the heat of the war. He followed her, and he silently prayed that she allowed the Alpha within her to break free. She had the power to be stronger than he ever was.

Just as Reeve leaped and clashed with the first enemy wolf, he crashed into the second with Fox by his side. They instantly tore into flesh with a red haze filling their vision. There was no holding back. He saw General and Amigo sail over his shoulder on his left, taking down three wolves that came charging. His claws extended with fury. All the pain he felt from the past surged like fire in his veins and he let his feral instincts take control.

It was a thrilling feeling, just losing all control, and going along on the bloodiest ride of his life, but he loved it. Especially when he knew he was fighting for a bigger purpose, a greater destiny. He wasn't just killing without reason anymore, he was removing the evil souls from the world, so that the innocent would be safe. He was creating a better world, even if just a small piece.

Fox kept pace with him, honoring the promise of never leaving his side, as they leaped from body to body. He had no regret, no restraint, as his claws raked through faces, chests, and guts. Blood coated his fur, he had to blink to see through the splatter of rotten blood, but he was unstoppable. His teeth clamped around necks, legs, and even stomachs, as he snapped bone, tore flesh, and took life away.

Maybe he was a monster, but never like his father. Never like his brother. He might have made the mistake two years ago, but now he had control.

His side occasionally bumped with Fox, General, and Amigo, as the four of them fought side by side. It was almost like a perfect harmony, there was no gap for an unexpected attack, and they had each other's back until the very end.

The once peaceful meadow was ravaged with chaos. A war had been brewing since eight years ago for Aloysius, but his battle had begun since the day he was born, and crimson blood soaked the earth in the wake of a long-awaited justice. They were holding their ground, his brothers and the warriors of Aloysius, they had taken down many of the Conquistador wolves.

As he had suspected, the Hunters had retreated when a sea of blood blossomed from the meadow. He knew the humans were too cowardly to fight something greater than them. They always displayed false confidence but when the heat came, they ran. He almost wanted to laugh at Russell, his brother really thought the humans would fight, but he supposed it was their advantage. One less enemy to worry about.
