The Aftermath

It felt like hours had passed on the journey back to Beacon Hills. That was mostly due to how silent and awkward the presence was in the jeep. Everyone was silent. Stiles was driving once again, Scott seated beside him in the passenger seat. In the back was Kira, who was directly behind Scott, Malia was sat in the middle, and Lydia was sitting beside her, directly behind Stiles. They were all in these seats once before, on a previous trip to Mexico. 

Everyone had a long day, all the running around, searching for hours. Although at least they made it out alive, with just a few scratches. The result of the situation was more than they hoped. Kate was captured, and is now in the hands of the Calaveras. More than likely she'll end up being killed, or there is the slimmest chance she can return to being decently good. Peter was taken back to Eichen House, which they found out that's where he had escaped from. At least two of their problems had temporarily vanished. Liam was left  riding home with Chris. Maybe Chris could teach Liam about control, or teach him about his species, considering he's worked with them for so long. Or maybe Liam was curious about Chris' werewolf hunting. It was still silent in the jeep, no-one really knew what to talk about. It was night by now, the sun had disappeared for the night. The silence had to be broken, but how? Stiles couldn't forget what just happened back at Mexico. It was hard to forget it, considering he loved every single second of the moment. But how was he going to solve this now stressful situation? These are his feelings he's dealing with, something that can't be taken as a joke, and certainly something that can't be played with. He had to figure this out, all of it.
