They headed inside his house. Stiles had noticed his dad wasn't home, he must be out on another case, duty calls. They headed up to Stiles' room. They had entered the room when Malia shut the door behind them. "Malia, I don't really want to-" Stiles started to say when she cleared up his assumptions about this situation by asking "Stiles, what happened in Mexico?". "Well you were there weren't you? You clearly saw it all" Stiles said in his usual sarcastic tone. "I mean what happened with you and Lydia" Malia said, now extremely concerned and annoyed with his avoidance to this whole situation. "Well, we got stuck behind a pile of rocks" Stiles continued his sarcasm, trying to enlighten the situation. Malia was clearly not amused. "Stiles I'm serious" she almost shouted. "Well, we talked" he said, which was true, they did talk, but little did she know what they were talking about. "About?" she asked, really wanting a straightforward answer. "Look Malia, it was nothing. Whatever happened there, none of that matters because-" he drifted off noticing Malia staring at him, much like they did when they first met at Eichen House. Her eyes filled with hurt and anger. "Nothing like that happened Malia, she's my friend, she's part of the pack" he continued. "Besides I have you". Malia was not falling for that. She knew he was lying, after all she was supernatural and could easily depict his heart beat faster over the words 'She's my friend' and 'Nothing like that happened'. She's lucky she has learnt that ability, it's part of being a werecoyote. Even if she was an ordinary human with absolutely no psychic abilities, she could easily tell he was lying.
