After they have confessed their feeling to each other, sai gave virat his medicines and told him to take rest. Virat who was seeing sai after so long didn't want to sleep, he is somewhere worried that all this is his dream and sai will not be there when wakes up.
Virat: nahi sai muje nahi sona hai he says worried
Sai who observed his expressions understood his inner turmoil and says
Sai: me yahi par hu apke sath kahi nahi ja rahi ap please aram kariey
Virat who heard her words looks into her eyes to know how did she  understand his worries, when he didn't say anything. Seeing him shocked sai explains
Sai: aise hairan hoke kya dekh rahe hai ap virat sir apke face pe apka dar dikh raha tha ki kahi me chalina jao jab ap aram kar rahe hai.
Virat smiles listening to her words feels happy that she can understand his unspoken words and his deepest worries. Sai helps him lie on the bed comfortably sits beside him and holds his hand. Seeing her sitting there with him he feels relieved, kisses her hand and holds it closer to him. Sai with her other hand slowly closes his eyes telling him to sleep and massages his head slowly as knowing the truth, talking about their relation and taking such drastic step is not easy for him it has drained him emotionally even though he will not show her. Feeling her touch virat smiles and sleeps peacefully, not knowing that his wife was admiring his face.

After sometime pakhi came to hospital with mohit to give their food and clothes even though ashwini opposed pakhi but famous kaku supported her bahu who was restless to know what happened at the hospital and if sai and virat have forgiven each other. Mohit drops her at the hospital and goes to sai's hostel after sai informed her roommate to pack her clothes and send it with her dada. Pakhi hurried enter the room to see virat sleeping peacefully, sai holding his hand and admiring him. Seeing pakhi sai left virat's hand and stands
Sai: pakhi didi ap yaha
Pakhi: kyu sai ab kya ham virat se milne bi nahi ah sakte she asks loudly disturbing his sleep
Sai who is still not sure if virat had actually overcome his feelings for pakhi not as lover but also as best friend because it is not easy to change behavior doesn't want to fight with her making him angry at her.
Sai: mene aisa kuch nahi kaha pakhi didi, virat sir apki best friend hai ap unhe mil sakte she says weakly not having the strength to fight anymore for anything and moves away from the bed, goes towards the window and looks at the sky praying her aaba to give her strength not break down. Virat who was awake, expecting his jawalamukhi to burst on pakhi suddenly opens his eyes to look at sai who was standing facing her back to him, Looking at the sky wiping her tears. He then remembers all the time he had fought with her, scolded her even raised finger on her upbringing just because she was fighting with pakhi who never left any chance to taunt her. He realizes that he was so obsessed with keeping his promise and not to hurt pakhi because his brother went missing after marriage he had fully broken the trust of his love to the extent where even after him telling her he loves her she is still doubting their relation and not able trust him to protect her or take her side. She is behaving as if she is waking of eggshells if she does anything against his wishes then he will scold her, taunt her and can even break their relation along with her heart. That's when virat realizes that words once said cannot be taken back, the damage his behavior and words had done is way beyond a sorry and confession of his love. Even though she had forgiven him and even said that she loves him there is still doubt in her mind that all this will happen again if she doesn't behave according to him. Seeing her lifeless, accepting defeat who never once stayed quiet if someone taunts her, is now bearing everything as there is nothing worth for her to fight was suffocating him . He has broken a teenage girl to such extent that she started behaving like an adult leaving behind all her masti, laughter and even her fire which made her stand for all the wrongs happening without any fear. Seeing virat awake and looking at sai pakhi starts talking loudly breaking his chain of thoughts
Pakhi: virat ab tum kese ho
Virat: me teek hu par tum yaha kya kar rahi ho
Pakhi: me tumhare liye khana aur tumhare kapde leke aiyi hu
Sai who turned to look at them has tears in her eyes listening to this that he had given so much freedom to her that she even packed his clothes when both of them where not present.
Virat gets angry listening that and says mere kapde kisne pack kiya pakhi
Pakhi listening to this says virat wo kya he nah me pack karna chahiti thi par ashwini mami he phele hi bag pack karake rakh liya tha tho me wahi le kar ah gayi.
Listening to his sai smiles that her aai is still there to fight for her rights even if her husband gave most of them away and virat gets shock that how can she think of packing his clothes when did the boundaries of their friendship become so blur that she is showing her rights on him as if he belongs to her. He looks at sai and understands that this not the first time it had happened as she is silently listening not even reacting but he was so negligent towards her feelings either in anger or jealousy that it had become a habit to pakhi to do things which she shouldn't be doing. He feels he has a long way to go to make their relation strong and make sai trust him.
Virat: vahini aap mere bade bhai ki biwi hai ap hamari rishkte boundaries bhul mat jayei
Pakhi looks at virat shocked hurt that he called her vahini and sai looks what has happened to him.
Pakhi: virat tum aise kyu bhol rahe ho me to tumhari dosth hu nah tho tum vahini kyu bhula rahe ho muje
Virat: kyunki dosti nibate nibate lagata hai ap ey bhul Gaye ki me apke devar hu aur kuch cheeze ese hote he ki ek vahini nahi kar sakti.
Listening to this pakhi feels insulted and says
Pakhi: tum mujse aise bhat nahi kar sakte.
Mohit enters the room with sai's bag disturbing their conversation
Mohit: ey lo sai tumhare roommate ne pack kiya aur ey tumhara migraine ki dawai jo tume zarurat hai
Sai smiles seeing his care and says thank you dada.. apko kaise pata chala ki mere sar dard kar raha hai
Mohit: kyu nahi karta dard kal se kuch nahi kaya aur rat bhar jag rahi thi aur rona wo alag.
Sai smiles brightly and says thank you dada
Mohit: dada ko koyi thank you nahi bholte. Patralekha Vahini chale yaha hum zyada dee nahi ruk sakte
Pakhi who was about to say something was cut by virat
Virat: haa leke jao vahini ko yaha se
Mohit and pakhi leaves the room.
Virat: sai yaha ao khana Kate hai
Sai: par virat sir ap ey khana nahi kha sakte me abhi nurse se bholti hu apke khane lane ko
Virat makes faces listening to it seeing which sai laughs after so many days. Listening to her laugh he feels happy.
Virat: sai tum haste hue bhohut achi lagti ho, listening to this sai blushes and goes to get his food.
They both know they have very long road ahead of them as the wounds are still fresh and deep but they will overcome it by working together.

I know it's sad but that's the truth, once you hurt them it Is very difficult to trust you. You have to work hard to earn trust where u have broken it. I wanted virat to understand the effects of his actions where he supported his best friend ignoring sai.
