Xerxes and Elijah watched as Peyton walked back into the main house. For the last few days, she's been hiding away at one of the guesthouses soaking in her misery.
Besides addressing them, Peyton when straight to the kitchen, seeing RJ alone making a sandwich.
"Can I ask you a question? And why your ass always here? Don't you have a house?" Peyton said, making her brother slowly look up from what he was doing.
"I can be here when I want. For one, this is my sister and brother-in-law's home, and both my sisters, cousins, and in-laws live here. So, what the fuck you want? How, you asking me fa shit and giving an attitude? How that work?" He asked, making her roll her eyes.
"Can I get one of your beanies you always be having on?" She asked, making him look up from his sandwich.
He raised a brow noticing she had on her bonnet. That was never on, and the only time RJ ever saw her in one is when she was getting ready for bed or something.
"Why?"
"Pleaseeeeeee? I really like them. I'm gonna get some of my own, but for now, can I have a couple of yours? When I'm done, I'll wash them, then give em back."
"Fine," He sighed as she followed behind him.
RJ led them up to his old room, which Xerxes was telling him to cleanout. Most of his old things were still there, including his beanie and hoodie collection, all that Josie hadn't stolen.
"Pick three, then get out, except for the orange and black one. Those are my favorites."
"Damn RJ, I didn't know you had this many," She said, looking at all of them. She chose his pink, yellow, and blue one.
"I have more at the house with Alexis. What you think about this chain with her name on it? Is it girly enough?" He asked, making her laugh as he pulled it out.

"I like it. But who is Alexis? If you're cheating on her, I'll whoop your ass."
"Why the fuck would I cheat on my wife of ten almost eleven years? And says the one who cheated in real life." He tilted, making her put her hand on her chest like she was hurt.
