Taking a step deeper into denial,

I never thought it's strike was as fatal,

Slamming me harder into the ground,

I was screaming, yet no one heard a sound,

They pulled me back up,

Just to hear my cries for help,

I dunked back into my dark corner,

Just to keep my distance a little further,

Why didn't you help me?

Yet you've given me more anxiety,

I've let you cross my borders,

You left me just more than sour,

I lift up my blade,

Only to see my ready face,

Sliding it down my wrist,

Releasing a painful, yet peaceful bliss,

My eyes look towards above,

Maybe this is what I deserve,

For setting my way aside,

And letting you ruin my life.

I hope you see this and understand my pain,

And not ever let this happen again,

This is for you and me,

To reflect on things we yet to see.
