after classes hyejin and cho went to their lockers to put their books in their backpacks because they had to bring home everything, since it was friday.

they were talking and laughing but then beomgyu and his friends approached them. beomgyu looked so much better now, hyejin thought it was because of his friends.

they all bowed to each other, then the girls quickly packed their stuff.

"um so... we should start our project." beomgyu said to hyejin.

"yes. can i come over?"

"ah khm- can we go to your place instead?" beomgyu asked looking at his shoes. he almost started crying, but hyejin couldn't see his eyes.

"yes of course, is everything okay?" she asked.

"y-yes... can we go now?" beomgyu asked.

hyejin nodded, then all of them started walking towards the exit. they said bye to their classmates, then when they reached the bus stop they had to say goodbye to each other as well.

yeonjun and soobin went to buy ice cream, huening kai and cho had to work on their project too, beomgyu, hyejin and taehyun had to go by bus.

after they said their goodbyes hyejin was left with the two boys. hyejin relalized that beomgyu was taller than taehyun. she didn't know that, she always thought taehyun was the one who's taller.

"so uh... where do you live exactly?" beomgyu suddenly asked, looking at hyejin.

"next to taehyun, in the blue house!" hyejin said and taehyun started nodding while doing something on his phone.

"ah really? i didn't know that... when did you move there?"

"like a month ago... also, my mom is home i forgot to tell you..."

"it's okay, i'm sure she's nice!" beomgyu said with a smile.

the bus came and they sat down at the back. they were silent, they weren't talking. but it was a comfortable silence, hyejin found that nice.

when they arrived at their stop they got off the bus and started walking towards the houses. they were walking next to each other. hyejin was between the two boys and she realized she isn't that small compared to the boys.

when they reached the blue house, hyejin and beomgyu had to say goodbye to taehyun. taehyun hugged beomgyu and gave an awkward high five to hyejin.

"i didn't know you were so close to taehyun."

"um well yeah... he helped me get through hard times so we became close friends." said beomgyu.

"ah, i see. i'm glad he helped you and i'm happy he was there for you." hyejin said with a smile while entering the house.

"yes me too."

when they both got inside the house and beomgyu closed the door behind them they heard footsteps then hyejin's mom showed up.

"hey sweetheart, you're finally home, and he is..." she said, looking at beomgyu.

"beomgyu. sorry for not telling you he's coming, we have a project we have to do."

"it's okay sweetie, hi beomgyu, i'm mina, hyejin's mom. you can call me mina." she said with a bright smile.
