The group of lions had to take the canyons to travel to Pride Rock. "Oh man I'm gonna meet Simba!" Kalamba roared. "There are going to be cheetah cubs like me there!" Arty cheered. "You won't leave, right?" Zimbwea asked nervously. Arty shook her head "Never in a million star years. I couldn't live without my friends." she spoke softly.

They all reached a slanted rock sitting under a tree. Zimbwea went up to the rock to sit on it when she noticed wildebeest tracks trampled over the rock. The tree was scratched by horns of the beast. What happened here?

As the sun reached midway sky they had found a log broken in half. in front of it sit one flower. A ray of sun shined down on it as if it had a spotlight of its own. "That's a beautiful flower" Arty said. Gahsu dipped his head towards the flower and so did the others. Kalamba followed clumsily. Zimbwea touched the flower with the tip of her paw. All the sudden she was in the save canyon but it felt cold and dusty. Wildebeest hurtled at her. She screamed running for her life. Zimbwea followed a cub running towards a broken tree. Suddenly, a massive lion grabbed the yellow cub and clawed his way up a rock throwing the cub to a platform. "Scar, brother, help me!" The male lion roared in pain and strength. A scrawny male was standing at the top. Long.Live. The King. Terrifying screams swirled through the air . The yellow cub was screaming something Zimbwea couldn't make out. Wildebeest fled over the male lion on the ground. A wildebeest came running straight for her. It hit her. Black.

Mufasa rang in her ears. Zimbwea caught her breath hoping no one would notice.

Finally they reached pride rocks. It was beautiful. The trees swayed like there were no worries in life. The ponds were clear and refreshing. God it's beautiful here. Kalamba ran past her making her forget about the scenery. "Wait up!" Zimbwea called. Oof! She had ran into someone. She looked up and saw a teenage lion. He had a black tuft and was a pale tan. "I'm so sorry" she apologized. "I-I'm Zimbwea" she slowly said. "Its ok! Zimbwea Ya say?" He smiled. "Hi I'm Mheetuh!" His tone was light with air. Zimbwea bowed her head in respect. Mheetuh bowed back. "I should be the one bowing. So your the little cub I've heard so much about?" Mheetuh laughed. "You know me?" Zimbwea gasped. "Every pride has heard!" he was loud at first "You were born under the rising sun" he said softly at last. "Zimbwea whatcha-" Kalamba stopped. "Whoa who are you?" He said. "Thats Mheetuh!" Zimbwea exclaimed.

A roar rang around the pride. It was time. They were going to name the new Prince and Princess. "Welcome all prides!" Simba said. "Today we name our next rulers for the future"

Lions roared and yowled.
"Our new king will be Kovu!"
Kovu stepped from the shade dipping his head from side to side. Calls of cheer rang from the clearing.
"The new queen. My daughter, Kiara" Simba said with pride. The cheers were filled with hope. "Wow" Arty muttered. Kalamba was jumping and roaring. Mheetuh came up to him and started to dance. Arty and Zimbwea joined in hoping and tapping there paws.

Happiness spread through the crowd faster than savanna fire. Kalamba poked Zimbwea and pointed to under a tree. A lioness lay there. She was sad by her expression she tucked her muzzle into her arms. "Thats Vitani, she loved Kopa" Nala was behind them. "W-who's Kopa?" Kalamba said.

"Kopa was my son. He died. Vitani's mother had killed him" sorrow filled her voice.
"So this should have been Kopa's day?" Zimbwea asked. Nala nodded and dipped her head.

It was time to leave. The whole pride had a feast and chatted for a while. The moon was rising slowly making the sun disappear. Zimbwea saw Arty saying goodbye to the cheetahs and Kalamba was saying goodbye to Simba. Gahsu was arranging the group back together, making sure they all came home together. Zimbwea walked over to a watering hole. Her eyes flashed. A cub was dying. He looked like Simba! But he had brown tufts...
He lives. Flashed in Zimbwea's eyes. The blood pouring from the cub disappeared and he stood up. He stared at Zimbwea than ran. Fear trailed from his pelt. He is near. Zimbwea awoke. This only means one thing. Zimbwea hurried after Vitani. She was heading to the sleeping cave. "Vitani!" She yelled.
"Kopa lives".
