it was the next morning. you woke up and saw bucky sleeping peacefully. you smiled at the fact that he could finally have some rest. you stayed in the bed for a while and enjoyed his presence.

soon he woke up too. "good morning" you smiled at him as he slowly opened his eyes. "good morning doll" he said with his morning voice and smiled back. the feeling appeared in your stomach again. you stood up and went to the bathroom. since you were in his bathroom you didn't have a toothbrush here, so you just used his. you came out and saw him still in his bed.
"did you sleep good?" you asked.
"i slept perfectly" he smiled.

you chatted with him a bit until he finally stood up. "i wanted to train after breakfast. are you coming too?" he asked you. "uh yeah sure" you answered. he smiled at you and you smiled back. "ok i'm gonna go back to my room before anyone notices i'm gone, bye" you said and gave him a kiss on his cheek.
"bye doll"

"oh and i used your toothbrush by the way" you said and left his room quickly. he smiled and shook his head.

you got ready and went down. the breakfast wasn't ready yet so you sat on the couch in the living room where some of the others were.
"oh hey y/n. are you feeling better?" nat asked.
"what?" you were somewhere else with your thoughts and didn't pay attention to their conversation at first.
"the guy yesterday. i would feel disgusting if someone did this to me" she said.
"NAT." wanda shouted at her.
"what?! it's just the truth" nat shrugged her shoulders.
"it's ok. yeah i'm feeling better, thank you." you smiled slightly. "and what was that with bucky?" nat narrowed her eyes and smirked.

you got nervous. what did she mean?
"what do you mean?" you asked.
"he punched that guy and called himself your boyfriend. he was pretty nice to you wasn't he?" she winked at you and smirked.
"nat he was just being nice and helped me so this guy will leave me alone. there's nothing to smirk at." you explained yourself. "mhm sure" wanda said.
"shut the fuck up wands"

"no thank you" she smirked, provoking. you rolled your eyes and went into the kitchen to see tony. "need some help?" you asked. "not really- sorry. yes actually. could you please get the milk from the fridge?" he asked as he finished his pancakes. "of course" you said and did as he said. after a few minutes the breakfast was ready and everyone sat down on the table.

bucky sat right in front of you and you tried avoiding looking at him.
"y/n where were you this morning?" steve asked suddenly. you got nervous and saw bucky smirking from the corner of your eye. "in my room. why?" you asked.
"no you weren't. i wanted to check on you this morning since you were very drunk yesterday but you weren't in your room." he said. "i was probably in the bathroom"

"no you weren't. i looked." he got even more curious. you didn't know what to say. "creep" you said and narrowed your eyes. "ohhh sorry. i couldn't sleep that well so i went up to watch the sunrise. i forgot, my apologies." you lied perfectly. he believed you and nodded.

y'all continued with the breakfast
"so apparently bucky is your boyfriend now" tony said sarcastically but with a serious tone. you choked on your food and widened your eyes.
"tony! what the fuck?!" you said angrily.
"language" the good old steve.

you noticed bucky trying to hide his smirk. "not cool tony" he said bluntly.
"i was just kidding, don't worry" tony smiled. "but that was really surprising yesterday." he added. "whatever" you rolled your eyes and continued to eat your food.

after breakfast you went to the training room and saw bucky already being there. as you wrapped something around your knuckles you chatted with him.
"bucky?"

"yeah?"

"what was that girl doing in your room last night?" you asked.
"i don't really know. i guess she thought i wanted more than just a kiss." he said.
"you kissed her?!" you were shocked plus he lied to you yesterday.
"no. she kissed me." you tried to hide your anger and jealousy. you were jealous although you had no right to be. you did these things too and you guys aren't even in a relationship. you were still angry at him now.

"mhm. and why were you following me so often in the time you were 'avoiding' me?" you asked, annoyed.
"what?!" he looked confused.
"the fountain. the training room. and so on" you tried to remind him.
"oh. because i needed to make sure you're not gonna have some fun with other guys in the time you couldn't have fun with me." he put on a provoking smile. even more anger filled up your body. you narrowed your eyes at him and shook your head.
"that's none of your fucking business." you said angrily. he chuckled.
very funny.

"come on" he said.
"i don't know if that's a great idea right now" you tried to warn him since you were filled up with anger right now.
"why? come on!!" he repeated himself. you rolled your eyes and went to the mattresses.

he just wanted to train but this wasn't training for you right now. you were really fighting him. "y/n calm down" he said as he tried to sway your punches, but he couldn't they were too intensive. you didn't care at all. you treated him like he was your punching bag and also left some scars on his face. he started to give back the same energy but he wasn't as angry as you so you would definitely end up wining. it was getting a little bit too much and you gave him a bloody nose.

you wanted to punch him again but before you could do that, someone held you back by your waist. it was steve.
"hey hey hey calm down!! what is happening here?!" his voice raised and you were out of breath. you didn't answer and looked at bucky with a death stare. he did the same thing to you.
"ok come on" steve grabbed your arm and pulled you out of the training room. bucky came too after he cleaned up his nose.

"are you fucking serious right now?! i know y'all hate each other but that doesn't mean y'all should kill each other" tony shouted at you and bucky as y'all sat in the meeting office with steve. you didn't say anything. "you both are gonna talk about it now. wether you like it or not. you are gonna talk out everything, don't worry, we're not gonna hear your little conversation but we're gonna watch you from outside so we can come whenever someone tries to kill the other one." tony suggested. "wait, what? no!" you raised your voice. "yes y/n. y'all can't live in the same house if y'all are gonna kill each other soon." steve raised his voice the same tone as yours. you rolled your eyes and looked over at bucky that was staring into nothing.

tony and steve left the meeting office. you and bucky sat there in silence the first 5 minutes. "what the fuck was that y/n" he finally began speaking. you looked into his eyes with no single emotion and said nothing.
"this morning you were in my bed cuddling with me and some hours later you were trying to kill me. what the fuck is wrong with you" he got angry.
"i didn't try to kill you" you said bluntly. he chuckled and shook his head.

"you told me you couldn't do something like that yesterday and today you told me that you and that blondie kissed." you said with a straight face, trying to hide your jealousy, but you couldn't. he began laughing. "so you're jealous again?" he smirked. "i understand."

"i'm not jealous. i'm just.. pissed that you lied to me." no, no you were definitely jealous. "so.. if you fuck someone it's ok but if someone kisses me it's not? weren't you the one who said i shouldn't care because you're not mine? why do you care now?"

you stayed quiet and so did he.

"thank you" you said quietly.
"what? for what?" he was confused.
"for helping me yesterday. if you wouldn't have been there then who the fuck knows what this freak would've done to me."

"anytime y/n. just please don't try to kill me again."
he smiled weakly. so did you.

"I SAW A SMILE. I SWEAR I SAW ONE" you heard tony shouting suddenly. you looked at him with a death stare and he shut his mouth again. you chuckled a bit and turned around to bucky again.
"i would love to kiss you right now but there are two idiots outside watching us." he whispered. you tried to hide your smirk. you stood up, "later." you turned your face so tony and steve couldn't see you and winked at him.

you walked out of the office.
"sooo are you guys besties now?"
tony asked and smiled childishly.
"no" you said and passed him.

why am i still hiding the fact that i do not hate him?!
