"You can drop us off there and we can still keep the same schedule if that's okay," I say to

"Why don't you just stay with me?" he asks "Saskia will be asleep right now and she is with Billie and Michael and Blair dropped the baby off to Jake and Ally" he reasons

"I don't know Gray, I don't have any clothes, neither does Ava"

"It's just a night Avie, it was your house too," he says and I look back at Ava, she's dozing off to sleep anyways, one night can't hurt, can it?

ALL RIGHT baby, are you ready to go?" I ask Ava

"Yes mummy, can I watch Frozen?" she asks and I say yes and I pass my phone to her. I think after the day that she has had she deserves to watch Frozen.

"Here you go," I say to her

"Thank you, mummy," she says and I smile, we have been working on manners with the girls and they are doing so well, their little please and thank yous are so cute

I turn back to the front of the car and watch the road ahead; Billie had to take my car since it has the baby seats in it

"Billie has Saskia at home, and Jake is going to keep Lola," I say to Grayson who is driving beside me. I see him flinch when I say 'home'

"You can drop us off there and we can still keep the same schedule if that's okay," I say to Grayson and he grips the wheel firmly, his knuckles turning white

"Why don't you just stay with me?" he asks "Saskia will be asleep right now and she is with Billie and Michael and Blair dropped the baby off to Jake and Ally" he reasons

"I don't know Gray, I don't have any clothes, neither does Ava"

"It's just a night Avie, it was your house too," he says and I look back at Ava, she's dozing off to sleep anyways, one night can't hurt, can it?

"Okay," I say to him, and I manage a weak smile and he seems pleased, I text the group chat to let them know what I am doing

ME: hey guys, i'm going to stay the night with grayson. ava is asleep so it is easier, is this ok? x

BILLIE GOAT: WHAT!

BILLIE GOAT: Saskia is going to be fine, stay safe ;)

ALLY VALLEY: we are happy to keep lola x

JAKE WHO BAKES: are you sure you want to

ME: yes, i will be back tomorrow, thank you guys so much

BILLIE GOAT: have fun

ALLY VALLEY: love you :)

JAKE WHO BAKES: call us if you need to be picked up aves xx

The drive back to his place is silent and for once it is almost comforting. Grayson parks the car and silently he takes Ava out of her car seat and I open the front door with the keys.

I grab some pajamas that he has for her and I leave him to change her and put her to sleep before I sit down at the kitchen table. My head is killing me. I grab a glass of water and wait for Grayson to come down. He makes his way down shortly after.
