CHAPTER 5:
~~Girls Day Out~~
INTRO:
I can't help but look at his toned chest,

"Like what you see," he says
"No..."
"You can take a picture if you want," he says
"Piss off"
"Hey Avie language around the kids," he says

IT'S BEEN 2 weeks since we picked the kids up, and they have settled in perfectly and we have developed a good routine, Grayson has been with us most of the time and he hasn't spontaneously left,
He started picking up some more shifts at the shop, and we agreed that once a week either he or I get to have girls or guys day last week it was Grayson's turn ironically, but this week it's my turn.
Once all of the kids are down for their morning nap, I check my phone and dial Billies number, which is weird since I know her phone number off by heart
"Hey Girl," Billie says answering the phone
"Hey darl, what are you doing tomorrow," I ask Billie
"Uh not much, I have to get some more groceries, and Jamie wants me to paint her nails" Billie has a daughter named Jamie she's 7 and she also has a little boy Jackson who is 4.
"Okay would you like to have a little date with Lola and me- with Jamie of course"
"Yess" she squeals "I've been cooped up in the house, the only trips that I have done are to the kid's school and..." she starts rambling so I cut her off
"I'll meet you at your house tomorrow at 10," I say
"Okay, cool" she replies and I hear shouting the background
"I got to go," she says and hangs up on me
"Alright then" I mutter to myself before placing my phone down
"I'm going out with Billie tomorrow," I say to Grayson as he walks down the stairs with a sleepy Ava in his arms, sucking her thumb, her head resting in the crook of his neck.
"What is she doing up" I then add
"I rocked her, read her a story, but she doesn't want to sleep," he says and I nod my head since we have had her she has found it really hard to nap during the day and sleep at night,
I don't know if something happened to her before she was with us but it's just a daily struggle, usually, her resulting in wanting to sleep next to me so she sleeps in between Grayson and I.
Yes, we are sleeping in the same bed.
"Okay" he replies trying to tie Ava's ponytail
