the journey starts today!
We finally reached Azaela City, after at least two whole days of non-stop running.
Emilia had informed me of Bugsy's team: Butterfree, Ledyba, Heracross, and Pinsir. I didn't care about a type advantage or disadvantage. I was going to use Charizard, Tyranitar, Feraligatr, and Hitmonchan.
"Welcome to my gym!" Bugsy said. "Do I look like I'm here to party?" I asked coldly. "You're the gym challenger with the bad attitude I take." Bugsy replied. "Alright, Heracross time to battle!" Bugsy called. "Hitmonchan! Give him a good fight." I said.
"Use Megahorn!" Bugsy ordered as Heracross charged at Hitmonchan. "Close Combat." I said as Hitmonchan threw multiple punched at Heracross. "Heracross! No!" Bugsy said to the fainted Bug-Type. "This isn't over yet bug boy!" I taunted as Hitmonchan raised his fists. "Butterfree! Let's do this!" Bugsy said. "Tyranitar! Standby!" I called. "RRRRANITAR!" Tyranitar roared. "Freee-Freee!" Butterfree cheered.
"Use Silver Wind!" Bugs called. "Rock Slide!" I ordered as Tyranitar threw a super-effective Rock-Type attack at Butterfree. "Now! Butterfree! Use Signal Beam!" Bugsy called as Butterfree blasted a beam of energy. "Hyper Beam!" I ordered as Tyranitar blasted an orange beam.
"Both Pokémon are unable to battle!" The referee declared.
"Im only gonna need this guy, Charizard! Burn them!" I called.

"RRRZARD!" Charizard roared in anger.
"Ledyba! For the win!" Bugsy shouted. With that, I revealed my mother's necklace that not only held a Keystone, but a locket that held a picture of me, my mother, and my little sister, Sia. "Keystone, respond to my calling and go beyond evolution, Mega Evolve!" I shouted as Charizard roared in anger while changing.

"RRRRRZARD!!!" Charizard roared.
"What is this?" Bugsy asked in horror.
"Flamethrower!" I ordered.

"You are one tough trainer!" Bugsy complimented. "Pinsir! Finish him!" He continued.
"Focus Blast!" Bugsy called. "Counter with Dragon Claw!" I ordered as Charizard slashed Pinsir.
"Pinsir is unable to battle! Challenger Ian is the winner!" The referee declared.
"As proof of your victory here, take the Insect Badge." Bugsy said formally.
"That was awesome Ian!" I heard Dax shout. "Very nice." Nim said. "You're on a roll!" Emilia said as she hugged me tightly.
