Sure leaving her teenage son and his girlfriend alone in her apartment for 3 hours wasn't ideal, but Sally Jackson had errands to run. Besides, it wouldn't be that bad, right? Right?

Wrong.

And that was how she found Percy and Annabeth on her blue couch kissing the daylights out of each other.

"Ahem," she cleared her throat behind them.

The pair whipped their heads around and fell under Sally's glare. Annabeth pushed Percy away, her face a deep red. Sally noted that Annabeth's lips were red and swollen, and Percy's were no better. His shirt and hair were ruffled...and was that a hickey?

"Both of you! Off the couch right now."

They hurriedly obeyed, scrambling to fix their rumpled clothes.

"Uhm...we were watching Finding Nemo...and then...then...got distracted by...umm..."

"Shut up Seaweed Brain, that isn't going to help-"

After the initial shock, Sally felt a bit sympathetic. "It's okay, you two. But," she added sternly, "I do not want to see that ever again."

They nodded immediately and scurried off to do god-knows-what.

Sally sighed and plopped onto the couch. Teenagers. If possible, Percy became even harder to manage after he got a girlfriend. That still didn't roll off the tongue very well. It was hard to think that her little boy was in a relationship. A committed one, too. But enough of all of that. Sally shook the thoughts out of her head. There'd be plenty of time to mope about how Percy was growing up in the future. For now, I think I've earned myself a watch of Finding Nemo.

"Well that was embarrassing," Annabeth muttered, plopping onto Percy's bed.

He nodded, absentmindedly running his fingers through his hair. Her heart flipped when he did that. He just looked so cute...

And before she knew it, they were kissing again. Annabeth sighed into Percy's mouth and pulled at his raven locks. He teasingly bit her bottom lip, in response, she wrapped her arms tighter around him.

"Careful," he pulled away, green eyes shining, "You don't want my mom walking in on us again."

Annabeth laughed lightly. "Somehow, I don't mind."

She pulled him in for another kiss.
