The proposal

Chapter 27

As I open my eyes the bright sun glaze shining from outside strikes my eyes, forcing me to close them as fast as I open them, but while I try to grasp back into a conscious state, I herd shuffling from behind me which drive's my curiosity, forcing me to open my eyes again, this time I had to use my hands to block the sun from my eyes as I gaze around the room suspicious, the wide spacious room was empty actually which was wired because I swore I herd someone in the room, I eventually sat up looking around again, but there was no one, better yet Alex wasn't in bed, his side was empty which was wired.
As a I stretch to yawn I glance at the clock which reads 9:30 pm! My eyes open wide as I stare in amaze at the clock.

Oh my god, did I sleep that Long, oh no everyone must be up!

At that thought I sprint out of the bed as fast as I can, I was about to rush to the room but I stop dead in my tracks when I spot rose petals on the floor at my feets leading all the way to the balcony, I covered my mouth in awe as I my eyes follow the tracks of the roses, However I follow the trail like a lost puppy suspicious, excited and somehow nervous, my heart knows what this leads to but I just wasn't expecting it, the trail leads me to outside the balcony where I saw beautiful bunch of roses laying on a small set table consisting various plates which was covered along with two cups of hot piping chocolate, I can see the heat all the way from here, I covered my mouth in awe I had never seen anything so beautiful and thoughtful at the same time.

" Oh my god." I whisper still staring at the table before me.

" Good morning baby..." Alex smooth husky voice vibrates from behind me, I held my heart as I smile, I know I as mad at him and I probably should remain but  I just can't help myself but smile and feel happy about this. I herd foot step getting closer behind me still I didn't budge its like I was stocked there, then he was finally close to me, I could feel his harsh minty breath rushing my cheeks, I had to close my eyes to push back the romantic feeling but it never works, not when he moves on to drop a hot wet kiss on my neck.

Hmm that feels so good.

But I bite my lips to prevent a moan from escaping, eventually I found myself turning around and there was my man standing staring down at me in all his glory, my breathe stocked into my throat as I admired his muscular bare chest facing me, tempting me to run my hands all over it, my eyes went on a happy trail of his nakedness going all the way down to his nice grey sweat pants his Bonner was practically pushing out letting us both know that he's very much here too, he's looking sexier than ever and I wouldn't mind seeing him any other way, but I know what he's doing he's doing all this to tease me, he wants me to forget I was mad at him.

Tanya my eyes is up here..." He replied snapping me out of my daze, I smile pulling my eyes from his tempting body.

" Alex, what's all this... " I ask him looking around again, my eyes never leaving the rose especially they are so beautiful.

He took my hands in his pulling back my attention to him.

" I want to apologize to you... I said a lot of things which shouldn't be said, I was being defensive towards Kayla which was wrong of me not when it concern your well being..." He replied reminding me of what happened last night all over again, it still hurts.

"... Its fine, its your best friend after all." I replied

" no its not, its really not fine, I hurt you baby and I shouldn't have I am so sorry from the bottom of my heart..." I look down at me feeling sad. "... Hey, you means the world to me, your the best thing that ever happened to me. When you came into my life you turn it around completely. I am not perfect and I would make mistakes sometimes still I can't be happy if you stay mad at me I apologize for what happened, please forgive me." He replied pulling up my cheeks to look into his eyes, from the looks of it he meant every last word, his eyes explained it all, and for the life of me I couldn't stay mad at him forever too I think I will go crazy without him.
