Tine's Pov

"Here", I said as I handed both of them a plate of Macarons and coffee before sitting on a chair adjacent to Sarawat. He had sent me a message in the morning saying Molly wasn't co-operating. I asked him to meet me in the cafe since it was weekend and he probably wouldn't be much busy. But it turned out that he was and so much that he didn't get to eat for the whole day. He asked me if he could stop by in the evening to which I agreed. I was missing his face. I had spent five terrible years without seeing him. So now when luck was giving me a chance again, I didn't want to let it go. Every minute that I spent without him by my side was a pure waste. I wanted to fill him in my eyes.

However, when he arrived, he wasn't alone. I was startled and in a good way to see a friend after so long.

"Hi Mike", I said hugging him, "long time."

He returned the hug warmly and smiled.

"Long time indeed. How are you?"

"Good. I'm sorry I never visited you after I came back."

He shook his head, "I am sorry Tine. I have been so unfair to you. We all have."

Before I could say anything, Wat pushed Mike gently, forcing him to go on any of the empty tables. He chuckled and left. I took a deep breathe and bit my lower lip. Why was I getting nervous? Was it too thrilling being alone with him, although there were customers around us.

"What would you like to have?" I asked.

"Anything. But mostly you."

Pear coughed, at two step away from me and glared at us.

My ears turned red and hot. There were customers behind him and I wasn't sure I could afford this flirting right now.

I stuttered, "y-your order will be at your place shortly. Thank you sir."

He whispered, "I'll be waiting."

I felt a strong gush of sweet ache in my stomach. My knees were weak. Luckily, there weren't enough customer and so I motioned Pear to take my place. I went to the washroom and when I returned, Pear gave a tray and said, "their orders. Don't forget to place yourself in the tray."

"Shut up", I said blushing.

"Tine", she said as I was about to go, "just be careful. I don't want you to hurt yourself."

I nodded. She was aware of all that was happening and she, along with me hoped this all would not lead to any consequence worse than we already had faced.

I nodded and went to their chair.

"Thank you", said they in unison.

I asked having no clue, "So, how do we do this?"

They looked up. Sarawat was wearing a black shirt with black shades. He looked dangerously hot with that serious face and I was kinda excited to anticipate any intimacy we might share again. You see, desperation doesn't see morality and so far, I was keeping it in my pants very successfully but now he was making things difficult. I tried to get rid of improper thoughts as Mike started to speak.

"I am sorry. And I know I couldn't be a good friend to either of you but God knows I've lived in a guilt ever since I lied. And I only meant goodness for you both."

I peeped at Sarawat. Something told me they had a fight before coming here and it wasn't hard to gather that Sarawat was hurt and angry.

"Sarawat is there any way you could forgive me?"
