You haven't been eating lately. It's been a year since  they announced you're boyfriend echo had died in the citadel.

Since then you have not eaten anything you every time you do rate something you tend to spit it out.

Sometime later you were very nauseous you passed out.

One day you woke up in the hospital in confusion you felt someone touch you hand you turn to see someone sleeping he looked cybernetic.

"Echo..."

He puts his head up and opened his eyes to see you're awake "y/n! I'm so glad you're okay" he said putting his left hand on your face.

"You're alive!" You said in shocks

"Yeah... most of me" he frowns "the medic said you had an eating disorder. Why would you do that to yourself?"

You began to cry "because I missed you"

Echo leans in and kissed you "I missed you too now we're together again.
