"you sleep in your shoes?" The leader asked nonchalantly. Everyone else in the room paused briefly as they all came to the same conclusion "wait....we aren't sleeping here are we?" Kiibo asked with a timid smile. To his dismay kokichi gave a giggle and said "in fact we are kiibo!....well....if you can even sleep at all" Kiibo was about to call out his robophobia but decided against it as there were more important things at hand "but the student council-" "Ah fuck the student council! Those stuffy BRATS should mind their own damn business Kokichi exclamed in a tone closer to yelling than talking. He was obviously getting annoyed by the very mention of the student council's existence. There was pure silence for a moment as no one was expecting that outburst from the small boy before shuichi stuttered out a timid "a-all s-set up"

Kokichi went from scowling to smiling so quick it wasn't a stretch to think his happiness was faked, it even startled shuichi which means he didn't do that often "Great!" He chirped as if his outburst never happened "now, who wants to choose today-" "Oh! Can i?" Kiibo interrupted as he shot his hand in the air. Kokichi looked a little surprised that the usually quiet and slightly irritated robot had interrupted him "wow someone's excited....what do you wanna watch" "Uh....miss kobayashi's dragon maid" Kokichi seemed pleased with his decision but Kaito looked greatly disappointed "cowboy beebop is obviously the better choice..." kiibo gave Kaito a death glare and it was clear that kiibo was going to defend dragon maids honour but before the two could get into another argument shuichi stepped in "let's...just watch the anime...okay? We can watch cowboy beebop tomorrow"

Kaito let out a vaguely childish sigh before crossing his arms and looking away. Rantaro sat down on the blanket with his shoes off as requested (or rather demanded) followed by kokichi who jumped on the carpet with seemingly no concern for his ass. Then again with a blanket that's several feet thick it may be impossible to hurt yourself. Then kiibo sat down next to kokichi and kaito sat next to kiibo. Shuichi put on the first episode of the season and turned around to see there was only one space left which slightly disappointed him but he sat on the opposite side of rantaro anyway.

Kaito looked at the number of blankets they had and sighed "ah shit...theres four blankets but five of us....does anyone want to share with shuichi?" Kaito asked however no one volunteered. "How about you do it since you pointed it out" Kokichi suggested as he laid on his stomach "nah I can barely fit under this blanket myself there's no way we would both fit" "I'll do it it's fine" Rantaro volunteered with a small smile. Shuichi turned towards rantaro and smiled "thank you" He mumbled timidly before scooting under the blanket with the greenette.

It didn't take long for kokichi to begin feeling left out so he also joined them under the blanket. Thanks to his small stature he fit perfectly in the small space available under the warm, fluffy, covers.

A few hours later rantaro was the only one left awake and was about to go to sleep himself when he heard a whisper in the silence "You know Ranchi...." The nickname immediately told him kokichi was the one speaking to him "you're a pretty good recruit....of course this amazing idea is mostly mine..." Rantaro let out an annoyed huff. 'Really? He woke up just to brag about himself?' "but...i guess I should thank you for the inspiration or whatever." Rantaro broke into a small smile before ruffling up kokichi's gravity defying hair "you're welcome"
