Innocent Seductress

Ilang araw na ang nagdaan pero wala paring bakas ni Sancho. I missed everything we had when I was still stuck on the third floor. Ang ikatlong palapag na 'yon ang naging buhay ko sa mahabang panahon. I couldn't remember what age I am when papa started took care of me. All I know is that, he's not my family. Yes he is my papa but not my family.

Noon, sinikap kong malaman kung bakit, kung bakit nakakulong ko sa third floor. Kung bakit limitado lahat ng paglabas ko sa palapag na 'yon.

I was so lonely back then. I imagined my self to have a man who could make me a woman. Lahat ng nalalaman ko sa telebisyon lamang nanggaling. Lahat ng mga tanong na bumabagabag sa isipan ko nabuo dahil sa mga palabas sa telebisyon. Kaya nang makilala ko si Sancho hindi ko mapigilang umibig. He's like the leading man of every romantic stories. Gwapo, matipuno, mayaman at matalino. I couldn't ask for more but for him to help me answer all my curiosities.

I was innocent but I was never naive. I know I wanted it all, even this baby on my womb. Eto na siguro ang matatawag kong pamilya sa ngayon. From now on, I will never be alone, because I have my baby.

"Baliw ka na nga Sancho! Bakit hanggang ngayon hindi niyo pa dinadala sa mental hospital ang anak niyo? Nababaliw na 'yan!"

Lumabas ang ugat sa leeg ni uncle Robertson ng sabihin niya 'yon. He's like he's saying the truth but I know for sure it's not. Hanggang ngayon nararamdaman ko ang init ng yakap ni Ari. Hindi pwedeng guni-guni ko lamang 'yon.

"I've been in Manila for how many days now Sanya. Alam mo 'yan." He looked at my mom like he's telling how disappointed he is because of me.

Mom look at me and shook her head.

"Sancho anak, ano bang pinag-gagagawa mo sa buhay? Are you depressed? Is something bothering you? Alam mo naman na pwede kang mag kwento saamin ng daddy mo e."

"Hernan, anong nangyayari sa anak natin?"

Daddy looked at me worriedly. Natawa ako sa reaksiyon ni mom na ngayo'y umiiyak na nga.

"I can't believe you mom, hindi ako baliw. Patutunayan ko na totoo si Ari. I can't be mistaken, I felt how amazing she is. At eto, 'yan ang totoong baliw."

Nanlaki ang mata ni mommy at sinaway ang daliri ko.

"You don't point your uncle like that Sancho! Oh my god Hernan, what's happening to our son."

Napailing ako dahil sa hikbi at palahaw ni mommy. This gave me headache, I can't believe iniisip nila na baliw ako.

I am not crazy. My innocent Seductress is real. Ari is real.

I woke up from an extreme breath taking nightmare. Nagising ako dahil sa napaka lakas na volume ng cellphone ko. I bought a new one since I left my old one at uncle's house.

"Hello?"

"Hello Sancho! My god Sancho!"

Napatayo ako mula sa pagkakahiga ng marinig ko Ange boses ni tita Aurora.

"Tita bakit po?"

"Sancho puntahan na natin ang Aurea namin." Humahagulhol ito pero kumunot ang noo ko ng mapagtanto ang sinasabi nito.

I felt like my heart is stab with so much joy. Nabuhayan ako ng loob dahil sa sinabi nito. Hindi ako baliw! Hindi nga ako baliw.

"There's this Felicia here Sancho, please...come over. Nasa private resort daw ni Robertson si Ari. Tonyo ang anak ko..."

Agad kong pinutol ang tawag at dali-daling nag bihis. I'm a guy but I felt like I wanted to cry. All along, akala ko rin baliw ako. I thought I'm hallucinating but good God, He saved me.

Una kong nabungaran si daddy ng makaabot ako sa sala.

"Sancho where are you going?"

Binaba nito ang kaniyang reading glass at ang news paper na nasa kamay niya.

"Where's uncle dad?"

Sasagot na sana ito ng marinig ko ang boses ni mommy.

I looked at her and kissed her forehead.

"I will prove to you that I'm not crazy mom. You just need to trust me. Ang kapatid mo ang baliw dito. He locked my Ari at his third floor, my poor Ari, itinago niya sa mga Del Mundo."

Mom touched my cheeks and shed her tears.

"I'm your mom Sancho, you're a very good son. I'm wondering where I and your dad did wrong. Pero hindi ko maramdaman na totoo ang sinasabi ni Kuya that my only son is crazy?"

She looked at dad and then smile at me.

"I'm excited to meet Aurea, Sancho. Bring her back to Del Mundo's, bring her back to where she belongs."

I nodded and smile from ear to ear.

"You don't know how much you made me happy mom. Inuulit ko, hindi ako baliw. Bantayan niyong maigi si uncle, pupuntahan namin ni tita at tito si Ari."

They both nodded and look at me as I went in my car. Bago ako makapasok sa loob ng kotse ko ay bumaba si uncle Robertson mula sa itaas. Maybe he's staying here para hindi namin siya paghinalaan. Well, he's doing the best thing for us para mahanap namin si Ari.

God, Aurea. You made me a one hella hot madman. Kung mababaliw man ako iyon ay dahil sa'yo at dahil sa nararamdaman ko. Hindi dahil nag-iilusyon lamang ako na totoo ka. Because I know how true you are, I've made love with you countless of times, even if I'm not really sure if you're my cousin.
