Part 2
Knowing himChapter 1~ Green Note
Knowing Aarav was a work, he was like a puzzle and everytime when I thought I knew the clues, I knew what the picture was, it changed into a more intricate one the jigs loosen, the interlocking didn't match anymore and I didn't know whether I was solving it or making it more complex.
Knowing Sahil was never an intention it happened with all of the other things. The jigsaws appeared after they were interlocked, the picture formed getting clearer and clearer until I couldn't look away until I couldn't deny that I became the mold of it. And sometimes you don't have to solve but fit in to complete it.
"What if there was only one world where all were equal all were same no one above no one below just one whole world?" Zoya asked sitting across from me at the table. We always had some debate while having our lunch. Sometimes it's pointless, sometimes it is very insightful. But it's interesting and it makes us all know each other better and yeah we also get to talk about something else besides studies.
We were in the dining area in usual term in Mess. Zoya sniffed the bowl of dal and with a distasteful expression she put it away and chose Maggi that Ehaan had brought for her. Ehaan rolled his eyes putting two forks on the big plate of Maggi placing it between them
Grinning, Zoya took a forkful of it and moaned at the taste shaking her head. Ehaan shot her a warning look his face turning red. Then looked at me he was a cute boy with a cute small smile he always had on his face and grey eyes that sparkle with mischief. Most of the time he was lost in his thoughts and if clumsy had a picture it was Ehaan.
Good for him his clumsy nature brought him close to Zoya.
Before Zoya could answer, Faisal sitting adjacent to me speak on, "that world would be boring" stuffing his mouth with paratha.
He also started having lunch with us. Making our group from three to four.
Ehaan gave him an annoyed look.
Like me, he was also finding trouble in adjusting with our new member.
I asked Zoya, lazily taking a spoon of yoghurt, "one world you meant to say everyone same in every factor?"
"yep, all pretty or all ugly, all rich or all poor one language one continent just one equal world sharing equally," Zoya explained looking at us for answers.
"It's not possible!" Faisal shook his head.
"That's the point of asking hypothetical questions" Ehaan told eyeing him like he was a fool.
"What's the point of discussing if it's not possible?" Faisal asked back genuinely confused.
"We are just imagining a situation is it that hard for you?" Ehaan said leaning back with a smirk.
Faisal eyed him clutching his spoon tightly,"it's pointless"
I observed both of them, amused.
Zoya intervened sensing the tention
"Now now don't fight both of you, and Ehaan will you not be so aggressive it doesn't suit you""I am not being aggressive he is just so silly!" Ehaan pouted.
"I am not silly I am just not into useless imaginations" Faisal retorted.
"Faisal you can't call it useless and if you want to sit with us you gotta contribute on our conversation or just sit quietly" Zoya said little irked by 'useless imaginations' being a dreamer when your imaginations are everything to you so calling them unreal and ridiculous really hurts. She told me once
