Normal P.O.V
It had been two weeks since Naruto was in Tokyo on his business trip, and had seen Sasuke. In those two weeks, he found himself thinking back to the raven every once in a while, sometimes without even realizing it. He did his best to play it cool around Shikamaru though when these intrusive thoughts came to his head. It seemed Shikamaru was none the wiser for he couldn't see that Naruto wasn't always present with him...or so the blonde thought.
Shikamaru on the other hand could tell something was up with Naruto he may not be able to tell what exactly, but he noticed the little things that he didn't usually do. He chooses to play it cool though he assumes it simply because Naruto is overworked and stressed, therefore he doesn't bring up these changes to the blonde for he doesn't want to make him worry for his sake.
In those two weeks Sasuke on the other hand, began stalking Naruto on any social media platform he could find him on. He scrolled through thousands of old photos from the past two years and then made his way to the new stuff such as sightings that the paparazzi got of him when he was out and about or attending business things.
He saw him in the few magazines that he agreed to be on, and read every interview that Naruto was in. Since seeing him again he felt like the blonde he knew was gone and he didn't know who he was anymore, but he wanted to know and was dying to connect with him again, and what better way to get to know someone then to stalk them a little bit?(1)
Upon getting all the info he could about his precious blonde from the internet, it just wasn't enough he wanted to feel closer to Naruto. Though he knew he could only obtain the type of closeness he seeks by being physically close to Naruto, which would be impossible with Shikamaru in the way. Luckily though for Sasuke he had a plan for breaking them up, sure it took a little detour, but he was sure he could make it happen, he just needed to see Naruto again.
Though it's easier said than done, for who knows when Naruto would be back in Tokyo, his company is in Kyoto, besides the occasional business trips, when else would he have the need to come back?

Sasuke walked down the long hallway of Akatsuki Corp. his hands were stuffed in his navy suit pockets. His face was tense as he went over what he was about to say to the man he was meeting in his head. 'I know the chances of Naruto coming back to Tokyo are low, but if I go to Kyoto they'll be higher' he thought with a smirk coming to his face.
Upon reaching the grand maghony doors, Sasuke pushed them open without knocking. "I'm coming in." he stated walking into the huge office (2)like he owned the place, well technically speaking he did use to own that office which was now occupied by-
"Hello, little brother" A smooth husky voice spoke.
Sasuke glared at the long haired man before him, he grunted in response "Itachi..." he said bitterly. "Ah is that anyway to speak to your older brother?" Sasuke rolled his eyes, he hated that when it came to the company if he wanted to do anything such as ask for time off, he had to go through Itachi first.
See after the whole affair incident that was on the news two years ago, Fugaku and Mikoto felt like it was best, that Sasuke stepped down from his CEO position for a little while for they couldn't allow someone who would have a scandal broadcasted be in charge it wasn't good look for the company's image.
The share board members didn't think this was fair enough punishment for Sasuke and wanted him to be fired from his position permanently, some of them even suggested that the young raven should be black-balled. Fugaku finding these measures a bit extreme couldn't allow for his son to face such treatment, so they came to a compromise which he proposed that Sasuke would not only step down from his position but would be replaced with his older brother Itachi who would act as the new CEO of Akatsuki Corp. until further notice.
