We arrived back to the base where the ship was being built. Ryusui's eyes lit up with joy as he eyed the ship very...uh romantically? I hope I'm misreading that.

"Not bad, not bad, I'll take it!" -Ryusui

"Heh well aren't you all fired up captain, you think we can make it to the other side of the globe with this?"

"Nahhh!! There's no way! For a modern sailor who's used to high quality ships, this old thing is just a piece of junk!" -Gen

"Before I answer your question, we must protect the ship. My sea farer's intuition is telling me...the temperature rose suddenly. It is now 14 degrees Celsius." -Ryusui

"Really?"

"Yeah, look it's exactly 14 degrees." Senku showed me the mercury thermometer he made and it really was exactly 14 degrees.

"Wow, that's actually really amazing Ryusui."

"Save your breath for the grand finale Anzu! Because the humidity is 90% and rising! A south westerly wind; those cumulonimbus clouds are moving at a pace of 60 km/h towards us which means...A maelstrom is coming!" Ryusui snapped his fingers and pointed at the sky.

"Oh wow, you really picked the right guy for this huh Senku~!" I elbowed him and raised my eyebrows.

I mean even I could tell it was gonna rain, how? Well when you spend a lot of time outside you can just smell it. But he really calculated the wind speed and humidity. So cool~

As predicted, it was raining cats and dogs. Luckily everyone managed to find shelter but as we were covering the last few wooden logs Ryusui said it was too weak and it wouldn't last if we wanted to sail the world.

"I thought so, we're doing a hybrid sail and motor-power ship huh?"

"Wh- I thought you said you weren't a ship architect."

"Haha! Senku! You were testing me weren't you? You're very audacious, you would've been a star student at Nanami Shipping!" -Ryusui

"Geez it's pouring out here, we need to make umbrellas or you'll all get sick..." I gathered four of the stupid wooden logs we worked so hard for but wouldn't use anymore and placed them vertically around us three in a rectangle shape. Then with the cloth we were going to use for covering the wood, I tied it to each log and made a little tent while they continued to talk.

"If we have decent enough fuel, I guarantee that I will take all of you to the other side of the globe!" -Ryusui

"Huh? What's that decent fuel?? Sorry I'm not that good at science!" Senku said in a wimpy voice, I turned to look at him and squinted my eyes. This bitch...

"Pftt haha yeah and I can fly."

Sure he's NOT good at science, he TOTALLY wasn't the chemistry club president, he TOTALLY didn't build a rocket from scratch. He TOTALLY didn't come up with the miracle fluid from previous etching metal formulas.

"Don't play dumb now Senku! You know exactly what I'm talking about." -Ryusui

"Ha! Well alright then! The kingdom of science wants this fuel either way! We're finally going to dig ourselves some oil!"

After figuring out a plan Chrome, Ukyo, and Kohaku set out to find Shizuoka's old oil site. I was going to go with them but I really wanted to see how this would plan out. I'm having a lot of fun here since Ryusui was revived!

"I promise, that with my captaining skills and if you find the promised oil, I can take you all to the other side of the world. But I have only one condition, think of it as my pay for carrying everyone's burden through the ocean...I want the rights to the oil we'll discover." -Ryusui
