For some reason I absolutely hate this chapter, which is part of the reason why it's taken so long. Not totally sure why, I just hated writing it so I finally forced myself to write it. That's why it's also shorter, but the next one will not take as long.

Hope you guys enjoy!

Sang's P.O.V.

I refused to speak to the police after we are arrested and North and Raven do the same, because this is such bullshit. Plus, I don't want to risk getting myself in more trouble than I already am by saying the wrong thing.

They take our mugshots, prints, and the thing I hate most when it comes to being arrested, the full body search.

Then we're put in the holding cell and we are left to wait until we are released, which takes much longer than I'd like.

It's a long process, and I know that my prints and mugshot have to be completely wiped from the system.

But, finally an officer comes to let us out of the cell. After we get our things back and get dressed, Mr. Blackbourne and Phil are waiting for us.

Phil doesn't seem like his usual cheerful self, but given the situation, I get it. And Mr. Blackbourne, well I can't tell by his face, but I'm sure seeing two of his brothers arrested was upsetting.

"Where's Axel?," I can't help but ask. I'm just surprised he isn't here, considering he's a team Liaison like Mr. Blackbourne.

"He was still pretty upset," Phil says, "And we thought it would be best if he waited outside with the others." I nod in understanding and then he asks, "Are you guys okay?"

          "Physically, yes," North says.

I think it goes without saying that we three are extremely pissed about the situation. Except for the awkward conversation I tried to start, we didn't speak much in the holding cell.

"Well, I know you guys are probably ready to get out of here," Phil nods. "But we are about to have a little chat with the Chief of Police about this whole situation first. And it just so happens, he's somebody you know, little bird."

I frown, confused as to who he could be talking about until it hits me. "Mike? He's Chief of Police now?," I ask.

"That I am," the man in question surprises me. "You would know that if you ever visited once in a while."

"Oh my God," I grin before wrapping my arms around him in a tight hug. "How are you?"

"I'm good. Can't complain," he says. "How about you? How is it being back home?"

I pull away slowly. "It's been kinda weird. But everything's been good. Just extremely busy most of the time."

"Yeah, I know what that's like," he laughs. "Have you seen Alex since you've been back?," he asks me.

"Oh, gosh I haven't talked to her in years," I tell him. "Not since shortly after I left. I wasn't even sure she and her team were still in Charleston."

"Oh, they're still here," he says. "She's actually one of the self defense instructors at the Academy. You should stop by and see her someday, I'm sure she'd love to see you."

"Yeah, I think I will." I look at the others and see the confused looks on their faces. "This is Mike, he is the officer responsible for getting me into the Academy."

"We met at this exact jail years ago," he says. "I see you haven't changed a bit."

I roll my eyes. "Mike, this is North, Raven, and Mr. Blackbourne," I introduce each of them.
