Kyle's POV:

I winked at the girl in front of me. She handed me the money for her coffee with her phone number on a slip of paper. Her name was scrawled above the number. 'Amy' it said in an untidy hand. Amy walked out of the café. The door opened letting cold air in. It closed with a thud.

The door opened and a tall and skinny boy with a mop of brown hair walked in.

He was followed by a very hot girl with brown hair and green eyes. She wore a floral print green dress that ended 1 centimeter above her knees. The hot girl had little bit of mascara and some lip balm. Even without trying, she was beautiful. Looks like I found my girlfriend for tonight. Huph. Amy can wait for another night.

Travis's POV:

I nervously paced around the Hermes cabin.

"Dude chill! Just ask her!" Connor said to me, annoyed. Connor had been trying to convince me to stop pacing and ask Katie on a date already.

But what if she said no?

"Come on Travis! You are brave enough to play pranks on Clarisse but you're afraid of asking a girl out on a date? Besides, you guys are already dating." Percy rolled his eyes. He was also trying to make me ask Katie on a date.

"Fine. I am going." I said and walked towards the door.

"Finally. Now I can go to my date." Percy rolled his eyes once again and ran off to find Annabeth. If only I could be like that.

I walked towards the Demeter cabin and opened the door. Katie was sitting on the bed, reading. She saw me and grinned.

"Hey Travis! Come on in." Katie invited me.

"Um.. Hey. Wannagoonadatetonight?" I blushed red as a tomato.

"Sorry, what?" Katie asked, nearly laughing.

Breathe in. Breathe out. I reminded myself. "Do you want to go on a date with me tonight?" I asked Katie, slower this time.

"Oh. Uh.. well, I had plans with my boyfriend." Katie tried to hide a smirk.

"WHAT? WHO?" I asked her, practically shouting.

"You." Katie laughed at my stupidity.

"Oh. Well, see ya later." I blushed tomato red again.  I put my hands in my pockets and awkwardly walked towards the door.

"Where are we going?" Katie asked me from behind.

I froze and blushed again. I wished the ground would open and swallow me. One can handle only so much embarrassment. I was kinda angry at sweet Katie for making me feel so embarrassed.

"Come at my cabin, 7:30. Now go and read your little book." I said a little roughly. Ok, maybe very roughly.

"Really Travis? What right do you have to order me around? Just go." Katie had tears in her eyes. Oh no. Katie was crying, because of me.

I went to her and hugged her. "I am so sorry for being rude and idiot jerk."

"You're always an idiot." I could imagine Katie smirking in my shirt.

"Hey!" I pulled Katie up and planted a kiss on her lips. Her lips tasted of strawberry. She kissed me back and put her arms around my neck. I deepened the kiss. Our tongues met and sparks flew. After about 5 minutes we both broke apart. The both of us were breathing heavily.

"Since when did you become such a good kisser?" Katie teased.

"I'll show you." I pulled her in another kiss, even better than the last. Dang, I loved this girl.

Kyle Cooper's POV:

It's me again! So, that hot girl with brown hair and green eyes? She's standing right in front of me.

"Hey. I am Kyle. And you are?" I said seductively. I leaned forward and ruffled my hair.

"I believe that you should not be flirting with every girl you see." The girl scowled at me.

"But don't you like it?" I asked her, placing my hand on hers. The girl snatched it from underneath mine.

"What I would like is one vanilla coffee and a caramel latte." The girl said sternly.

"Okay." I took a marker and a notepad from the slap. "Names?"

"Katie for the caramel latte and Travis for the vanilla coffee." 'Katie' walked away and sat with who I assumed was her boyfriend. He wasn't even good looking!

They both were chatting and I felt the need to break them up. I made their drinks.

The boy with brown hair sat up from his seat and walked towards me. I quickly added a few drops of rat poison in the vanilla coffee and slipped the poison back into my pocket.

"Hi. Travis right?" I handed him the drinks.

Travis nodded, "Thanks." He started to walk back towards his seat when Katie stood up and walked up to me.

"You sure those are the right drinks? Because I think I saw you add a little extra something in the drink." Katie scowled at me.

"That was just a little something for your boyfriend." I winked at Katie.

"Is something wrong with your eyes?" Katie asked me with fake innocence.

I blinked. "N-No."

"Rat poison?" Travis asked me with the bottle in his hands. He also had my wallet and phone.

"H-How?" I stuttered.

Katie sighed. "Give it back Travis."

Travis slipped the wallet and phone in my hands. I heard a growl from behind me. It was my boss, looking very angry.

"Boy, tell me. Did you add rat poison to your customer's drink?" My boss said furiously.

"Y-yes sir." I cowered.

"Well then. YOU'RE FIRED!" My boss roared. The door of the café opened and a police officer walked in.

"Uh sir. This boy added rat poison in that customer's drink. I didn't know he would do something like that when I hired him." My ex-boss said to the officer.

And that kids, is how I ended in prison. I still think I did nothing wrong.

That's how I met Tratie.
