Chapter 19 - Things are about to change

Three days later (Tuesday 4.30 am)

*BUZZ BUZZ*

I slowly open my eyes when I hear my phone buzzing, I turn over and pick it up and see it's a message from Mikayla. What the hell does she want. I open the message up and read it.

Can you and Ava please meet Emma and I at our old hangout in 30 mins. We need to talk to both of you. -Mikayla

I sit up and read the message over again to see that it says what I think it said.

I get out of bed, I open my bedroom door and start making my way down the stairs.

Once I made it downstairs without making a sound, I walk over to Ava's room. I slowly open the door to see her sitting up on her bed looking down at her phone.

"So I am guessing you got the same text" I ask as she looks at me.

"What the hell would she want"

"Who knows, should we go"

"I'm going to tell these bitches to back off" Ava says as she gets up.

"I'm going too then, lets quickly get dressed and go"

I say as I walk out of her room and quickly and quietly run up the stairs and into my room.

I start getting dressed into what I will probably wear for the day.

10 minutes later

I finished getting dressed into my dark blue denim skinny jeans and a light pink crop top. I have black ankle boots on and I have finished my hair and I just brushed and tied my hair up.

I grab my phone, my bag and a black jacket because it is a bit cold, I put it on.

I open my door and creep out of my room hoping I don't wake anyone up. I creep down the stairs to see Ava standing at the kitchen waiting.

"You driving or me" Ava asks.

"I can" I say as I grab my keys from the front door.

I slowly open the door and we both walk out before slowly shutting it behind us.

"Should we really be driving, what if your Dad hears us leaving"

"Well we can't walk, its like a 15 minute drive so it would be at least 30 minutes walking there" I tell Ava as I hop in the driver's seat.

"You have a point" Ava says as she hops in the passenger seat.

"Are you a bit nervous to go to a place where no one will be for miles, no one will be able to hear our screams" I ask as I reverse out of the driveway and start driving to Teardrop park, it was a place we all would just go to get away from everyone and no one goes there.

"A bit, we will just keep our distance" Ava says as I continue driving.

20 minutes later

I arrive to the park and I park at the entrance. Ava and I get out, I lock my car and walk through the entrance of the park to see two figures with their backs turned to us.

"What do you guys want" I yell out as we walk closer and closer towards them and they turn around and look at us.

"We need to talk to you about Mia" Mikayla says as we walk closer until we were a couple meters away.

"Do you know what time it is and you drag us out here to talk to us about Mia" Ava says.

"Its important" Mikayla says

"What"

"This is a warning for both of you so you guys should be thankful we are telling you any of this" Emma says.
