A large crowd of reporters stood outside the estate gates hoping to get news on Lorenzo and his pending trial. They surrounded Julian's vehicle as he tried to make his way into the estate, but the guards shooed the reporters away. Flora let out a heavy sigh as she closed the curtain and moved away from the window.

"The infamous mafia leader, Lorenzo Bianchi has finally been captured and is currently being held at the Massaro-Medici Estate behind me, awaiting for his pending trial. Our sources say that he was capture in a village near the border of Brazil by his own brother — Julian Bianchi at exactly..."

"What do you think will happen to him?" Indiana asked turning her attention from the television to her best-friend.

Flora rubbed her temples and said, "Hayden has been locked up with his advisory committee and the ministry since Lorenzo's arrival this morning. They are considering the death penalty."

"That's what that bastard deserves," Indiana gave a nod of approval, but Flora shook her head in disagreement.

"The death penalty will do nothing," Flora replied as she sunk into the couch in front of Indiana. "It won't bring Hayden's father back, it won't bring the innocent lives of those guards back."

"It won't, but he will rot in hell for what he did." Indiana argued.

"I see no justice in that," Flora reasoned. "He will only die and that is it, it will only be a life for life."

"Then what do you have in mind?" Indiana asked her friend, curious as to what punishment she believed was suited for Lorenzo's crimes.

Flora bit her lip as she was deep in thought, debating whether she should go through with her idea. "You'll see," she said before standing up and walking out of the room.

"Your majesty," the guard greeted as Flora reached the double-doors of Hayden's study room. He opened the doors for the Queen and allowed her to step into the room.

"The only capital punishment that will not get backlash is the lethal injecti—"

Everyone inside the room fell silent and turned to the approaching queen. The ministry and advisors bowed their heads and greeted her with a formal, "your majesty."

"My love, are you alright, what's wrong?" Hayden asked as he walked over to his wife with a concerned expression.

The previous night Flora had been at unease and fell ill for a short while with massive headaches and slight fever. Hayden advised her to rest while he and committee tried to figure out what to do with Lorenzo.

Flora gave Hayden an assuring smile before turning to the ministry and advisors. "I would like to have a say in what sentence is given to Lorenzo."

"What does your majesty have in mind?" One of the advisors asked.

Hayden turned to his wife expectingly, hoping to get some of her input on the matter. Flora walked over to the table where the ministry of state was seated.

"Solitary confinement," Flora answered.

"The citizens will be enraged if we let him off with such an easy punishment!" The Prime Minster argued.

"They will be even more enraged if we let him die peacefully!" Flora countered, referring to the lethal injection they were considering before she had walked in.

One of the female advisors nodded her head in agreement with the queen. "Her majesty has a point."

"Il bastardo deve morire!" Prime Minister Marino exclaimed, outraged by the sudden shift in support.
