"I will just take her to her chamber, she drank too much." Wonwoo said, as he carried Elise in his arms, while going upstairs.
"I can't believe that you still drink so much, you never change." Wonwoo muttered, as Elise giggled at her in a drunk manner.
"Never change? you don't know who I am."
"Oh yes, I know who you are." Wonwoo smiled, as he led her to her chamber, and lay her down on her bed, taking off her shoes.
"You almost finished the whole bottle while talking about how your insensitive boss sent you here to get an interview with me." Wonwoo said, as he put down the shoes on the ground.
"Ah yes! Mr. Choi Seungcheol! He is a scary, strict man which is why I had no choice but to obey!" Elise exclaimed.
"I'm going to come back to Korea, and surprise them with a big revelation interview from you! Mr. Choi should raise my salary!" Elise exclaimed, as Wonwoo scoffed.
"I'm sure, he will." Before Wonwoo could even get out, Elise grabbed his cloak.
"I want you...to stay." With those words, Wonwoo was stunned.
"Wonwoo, Wonwoo, Wonwoo...s...s-stay." Elise's voice began to slur, as her body gave up, and passed out. Wonwoo sighed, as he tucked her properly in her sheets, before pulling a chair to sit on beside her.
"All right fine, I will stay," He muttered, as he took off his cloak, gloves, and coat.
"I've always wanted to hear that from your lips." He smiled to himself.

Elise stood up in front of the mirror, only to find herself, wearing an off-shoulder, dirty white dress, that has bishop sleeves. Her blonde hair was tied up in a high knot where a crown was placed. She began to touch her face, as she realized that this is not her body.
"Wh-What is this?" Her eyes lingered around the room where she saw the vintage, antique designs. All of a sudden, a maid wearing an old traditional uniform, barged inside.
"Your grace, I apologize for barging in, but you have to go!" The maid plastered a worried expression.
"Wh-What?" Elise muttered, feeling confused.
"You have to go! The people of Wessex are furious! They are protesting outside!" Elise walked to the window, only to find people by the castle gate, shouting, throwing, and raising their spears.
"Your Grace, We don't have enough time! The duke is waiting!" The maid exclaimed.
"L-Let's go" Elise just went to the flow, and went with the maid who led her by the back door where the duke is waiting.
Elise's thoughts were confused, since it is peculiar to wake up in the Victorian era. "We must go." Elise's eyes widened, as the familiar man stood in front of her, wearing a suit made in the 18th century.
"W-Wonwoo." Elise muttered, as Wonwoo smiled lightly.
"Here is the satchel that you ask for, your grace." The maid, handed Wonwoo a brown satchel.
"Have a safe trip, your grace."
"We will." Wonwoo smiled, as the young lady bowed. Wonwoo dragged me, by my wrist, leading me to the stable.
"What is happening?" I asked, in a naive manner, as Wonwoo continued to fix the saddle on the black horse.
"Don't worry, I know you're scared, but everything will be fine once we flee." Wonwoo reassured, as he helped Elise hopped to the horse.
"No, Wonwoo, what is happening? Why are people protesting? And, why are we leaving?" Elise asked, straightforwardly. Wonwoo sighed, as he hopped behind her back.
"Don't you remember?" Wonwoo whispered with his dark voice, as he reached out the reins.
"The people of your land already know that I am immortal, which is why they suspect that all of us, ruler of Wessex, are monsters. That is why we have to go before they could even get to us and burn us to death." he added, as Elise furrowed her eyebrows.
It's not a dream, it feels vivid. - She thought to herself.
"Now, hold on tight, your grace." Wonwoo said softly to her ears before whipping the horse, who neighed before running towards the forest.
The horse began to travel through the forest, but unknown to them is that some of the residents of their land have been guarding the deep, dark forest, suspecting that they might escape which is correct.
"There they are!"
"Don't let them get away!"
"Kill them!" Those were the words of that they shouted, as they held their spears, and fire.
One of them even fired with a Springfield rifle which made Elise flinched. "Th-They have firearms." She muttered.
"I know, now ho-"
"Wonwoo!" Elise had keen eyes, she moved impulsively without thinking.
"Elise!" Wonwoo shouted, as his lover stared at him while hugging him. Her eyes were wide, mouth agape from the pain she felt right after being shot with a rifle.
The minutes have turned into a slow motion, as the horse neigh due to the firearm that was fired. Elise's body fell onto the ground, creating a loud thud, as she bled onto the ground, lifeless.
"E-Elise." Wonwoo immediately hopped down from the horse and knelt down, carrying the body of his lover in his arms.
"Elise, please, don't leave me. Stay with me." Wonwoo's voice trembled, as he begged for his lover to stay alive.
"I-I can't, I-I feel...sleepy." Elise muttered, as she began to cough out blood, making Wonwoo tear up.
"No, no, please. Just stay. I want you to hold on to me." Wonwoo hugged her tightly, sobbing.
"I-I can't," Elise managed to say out between her coughs. She locked eyes with Wonwoo, as her eyes began to form tears.
"I-I love you." Those were her last words before a tear trickled down, followed by her hands, falling onto the ground.
Wonwoo had mixed emotions, but above all. His anger is the one that controlled him. He stood up, eyes became red, as his fangs appeared. He growled and snarled at the humans who stood there. Little by little, the humans began to ran away, upon seeing the terror of the immortal.
"I will devour all of you!" Wonwoo growled, as he walked up to one of the humans who continuously shot him with the rifles, multiple times. Instead of dying, Wonwoo walked up to him, strong since he does not die.
Wonwoo had grabbed the rifle by the rib, twisting the metal down which petrified the human who tried to escape, but failed. Wonwoo had caught him, and devoured him, by tearing a skin from his neck, and sucking his blood.
