Part 9: The Gender

The next day

Betty's pov: It was around 10am and Jughead had already left for school, I felt terrible all day I've been throwing up ever since I woke up. Shortly Hermione came into Jughead's room to check on me. [H] " Hey, how are you feeling?" [B] " Horrible I want Jughead, I miss him." [H] " He had to go to school today, but I'll set him up on an online school just like you so he can be with you all of the time." [B] " Okay." I smiled. [H] " Have you thrown up a lot?" [B] " Yea, I did just a few minutes ago." [H] " Oh, I'm sorry, if you get hungry help yourself to anything because you need to eat." [B] " Okay, I will." As soon as she left I went downstairs and ate some toast. [H] " Good you're eating." She looked at me and smiled. [B] " Yea, I hope I don't throw this up, because I know I'm hungry and I want this baby to grow more so I mean I gotta eat." [H] " Yea, well I'm gonna go pick up Jughead from school I'll be back soon. [B] " Really?!" I smiled big. [H] " Yea, I got him enrolled on an online school." [B] " Thank you Hermione." [H] " you're welcome." She left to go get Jughead then I went back upstairs and laid in bed as I waited for him, until I had to run to the bathroom and throw up again. Shortly after I heard Jughead come in and he ran to the bathroom and asked if I was okay. [J] " I'm back, are you okay?" [B] " Yea, can we take a bath together please?" [J] " Of course my love." Jughead started the water as I took off my clothes and left them in a stack on the floor. After he filled up the tub he took his clothes off and got in first, then I got in after him laying down in between his legs. [J] " I'm sorry I wasn't here for you this morning." [B] " It's okay Jug, you had to keep your attendance up." [J] " I love you so much." I tilted my head back and smiled then he kissed me and started running his fingers through my hair as he massaged my head. Shortly I fell asleep after I felt him kiss my head.

Later

Jughead's pov: We have been in the bath for awhile now, then my mom came in my room to check on us then opened the bathroom door and seen us. I shushed her quickly and pointed at Betty. [H] " Oh, sorry guys I was coming to check to see if she was okay." She whispers to me. [J] " Yea, she just fell asleep I've been rubbing her head for a while." I said whispering back to her. [H] " Okay, don't stay in there too long." She whispered. [J] " I don't wanna wake her up, she hasn't slept at all hardly and if she does then it's only for a few minutes." I whispered to her. [H] " Okay bye." [J] " Bye." We both whispered to each other, then she left closing the door behind her as she left my room. After I felt Betty moving a bit, as soon as she stopped moving I immediately got hard and started poking her back, so I reached down behind her back and pulled it up towards my stomach so she wouldn't feel it. Then shortly after she woke up. [J] " Did I wake you up?" [B] " Yea, you're getting a bit excited I see." She said as she turned around to face me. [J] " Sorry, I didn't mean for that to happen, here let me help you out and get you dried off and in fresh clothes and in bed, then I'll come back in here and fix my little problem. I said as I stepped out of the bath and helped her out and grabbed her a fresh towel and wrapped her up in it.She nodded, then I helped her dry off and get her clothes on, then I wraps towel around my waist. After I helped her get in bed, then I went back into the bathroom to fix my boner. After about thirty minutes I finally came and I cleaned myself up and threw on a pair of boxers and left the bathroom and got in bed to cuddle with Betty and help her get to sleep. Eventually she fell asleep, then Veronica came home and walked through the house loudly.Until she came upstairs and came in my room and slammed my door open. [J] "Veronica!" I whispered and pointed at Betty. [V] " Oh my gosh I'm sorry sorry I thought she was awake. She said then Betty woke up. She sat up and seen Veronica. [B] " Hey Vee." [V] " Hey Bee, how are you feeling?" [B] " Tired." [V] " Oh okay, I'll go so you can sleep." She said as she left closing the door quietly behind her. [B] " Jug, I'm hungry." [J] " What do you want, I'll go get it for you." [B] " I want pickles and Cocoa Puffs." [J] " Are you sure you have never liked pickles?" She nodded, then I got up and went to the kitchen and poured a bowl of Cocoa Puffs and grabbed a water and a jar of pickles and brought them back up to my room. My mom gave me a weird look as I went back upstairs, as soon as I got back Betty was sat up in bed waiting for me, then I gave them to her and she ate everything. Once she finished I took the bowl and jar back into the kitchen and put them in the sink, then went back into my room. [B] " Thank you Juggie." She smiled then I walked over to her and kissed her, then I got in bed beside her and we cuddled and we slept for the entire night.

The next day

Betty's pov: Hermione came into our room and woke us up because we both over slept and we were going to be late to my appointment. So we got up and got dressed, as I put my shirt on I looked in the mirror and noticed that my baby bump had grew a little bit more. Jughead came into the bathroom and noticed then kissed me and put his hand on my stomach and looked and me and smiled. [J] " I can't believe that, that little human inside of you is mine. I am so proud of you, you are the strongest person I know." [B] " Thank you Juggie." I smiled and him, then we finished getting ready and went outside where Hermione was already waiting in the car for us, Jughead shut the front door behind us as we both got into the car and drove to the doctors office. We finally got to the doctors office and me and Jug went inside and walked to the front desk and told the woman our name and she told us to have a seat. After we sat down we almost immediately got called back. We walked back with the doctor, and we went in a room I sat down on the hospital bed and raised my shirt up as the doctor turned the lights off and turned on the ultrasound machine. Then he rubbed lube on my stomach and scanned it and our baby popped up on the tv screen. [Dr.K] " Do you want to know the gender today?" We both nodded then he moved down the scanner to see the gender.[Dr.K] " Well Ms.Cooper, it looks like you're having a little boy, congratulations!"
Me and Jughead looked at each other shocked and smiling. [J] " We're gonna have a little boy!" [B] " I'm so happy." We smiled then after we left and went back to the car. [H] " So do you guys know the gender yet?!" Me and Jug looked at each other then we both said [J] " No, he said it was still to early to tell." [B] " Yea, I really wanted to know." I said in a disappointing voice to trick her.

Later that night

Betty's pov: We finally got home and me and Jughead ran up to his room and tried to find out a way to tell everyone. [J] " I say we invite your mom and Polly over for dinner, and I can run to target and get a white onesie and get some iron on letters to make it say " Surprise I'm a boy!" how's that sound." [B] " I love it Jug, let's do it I'll get the iron and bring it in here and heat it up while your out getting the stuff." [J] " Okay, I'll be right back." He kissed me then left to go to target.
