Part 20: Missing

The next day

Jughead's pov: Me and Betty were downstairs eating and the boys were upstairs napping until we heard Cohan throw a tantrum. [J] " I'll get him." I said then got up and went upstairs into his room. [J] " What is it bubba?" [C] " Whewes foggy?" [J] " Shit, uh I dunno let me go look for him." I left his room and he continued screaming and crying. [B] " What is it Jug?" [J] " His frog is missing!" [B] " Shit, I'll look upstairs you look down here." I did what she said. After we both searched the entire house for Cohan's frog we still hadn't found him. Betty came back downstairs panicking. [B] " Why did you have to get him that damn frog!" I shrugged then had an idea. [J] " you go make him stop crying and I'll call my mom to see if we left it." [B] " Okay good idea." She went back upstairs to take care of Cohan, and I called my mom to tell her I was coming over immediately. [H] " Jug, what's up?" [J] " Mom, I'm on my way over right now, Cohan lost his frog and we think we left it we've looked through the entire house." [H] " Okay." I hung up then grabbed my keys and got in the car and sped to my mom's house. Once I got there I immediately got out and ran into the house slamming the door behind me, then I ran upstairs into my old room and searched it. [J] " Fuck, where the hell is that damn frog!" I looked through out the entire house and still didn't find it. Then I left then went home. I went inside and Betty was standing there waiting for me. [B] " well?" [J] " Nothing." [B] " The only room I haven't check is Grayson's I'll do it right now I think he's up anyways." I followed behind her  and we both searched Grayson's room. [B] " Did you find it!" [J] "No I'll look around the toy bin and changing table." I looked through his toy bin then behind the changing table then I looked down in the diaper bin and saw Cohan's frog inside. I picked it up. [J] " Found it!" [B] " Thank god where?" [J] " Diaper bin." [B] " Who the hell put it in there?!" [J] " I bet Grayson did. Imma go wash it." She nodded then I went downstairs and threw his frog into the washing machine and I turned it on. Cohan started crying again, so I went back upstairs and went to calm Cohan down. [C] " Foggy!" He cried then I picked him up. [J] " It's okay we found him he's getting washed, he'll be back in a minute." He stopped crying the buried his face in my shirt then I carried him into Grayson's room with Betty and Grayson. [J] " Grayson Thomas Jones, don't ever do that again you understand little man!" I said yelling a bit. He started crying. [B] " Okay Jughead calm down, why don't you boys go downstairs." I took a breath then nodded and me and Cohan went into our room and I sat him up on the bed and turned on Mickey Mouse and sat on the bed next to him. Then I heard the washing machine go off so I got up and ran downstairs and opened it up and put his frog in the dryer and started it. Then I immediately ran back upstairs into our room and sat back next to Cohan and we Watched Mickey Mouse. Cohan crawled up and sat in my lap and laid up against me. And i put my arms around him as we were both mesmerized by the tv. Then Betty walked in, we were both still starring at the tv and gazing at it. [B] " Jug, your a grown ass man what the fuck are you doing watching Mickey Mouse?" She laughed. Without my eyes leaving the tv I replied. [J] " Be quiet it's almost the song!" The Mickey Mouse theme song came on and me and Cohan were both singing it. Betty laughed. The dryer went off. Then Betty got up and got Cohan's frog out and brought it back to him. Without letting his eyes from the tv he grabbed his frog from Betty and held it tight. The episode went off then me and Cohan looked at Betty. [B] " What?" We shrugged then Cohan looked down and realized that he had his frog. [C] " Foggy!" We smiled at him then we bother crawled up and sat beside Betty. [B] " Jug do I need to get you some jug and some gold fish to go with you Mickey Mouse?" She said mocking me. I have her a look then Cohan climbed down the bed and ran out of the door carrying his frog with him. I got up and followed behind him. [J] " where ya going little man?" I said as I followed him downstairs and into the kitchen. He pointed to the cabinet. [C] " Snack da da!" [J] " Oh okay." I opened up the cabinet and grabbed him out a bag of gold fish and opened it for him then gave it to him, then I went to the fridge and grabbed his sippy cup and handed it to him. He started eating as we walked up the steps. We went into mine and Betty's room, and I sat Cohan on our bed and sat down next to him. He Finished eating then he laid down next to me and Betty and fell asleep.

A few hours later

Betty's pov: A few hours later I woke up with Cohan laying in between me a jug.Then I realized. [B] " Oh shit, I forgot about Grayson!" I screamed then Jug woke up confused. [J] " What happened is everyone okay?!" [B] " I- I fell asleep and forgot all about Grayson I need to go check on him!" Jughead looked at me as I got up and quickly ran out of the room to go get Grayson. As I opened his door I noticed Jughead groggily walking behind me. I opened the door and found Grayson sound asleep in his crib. [J] " Should we wake him up so he can eat and take a bath?" [B] " Yea, I'll get him you go look after Cohan." I said then he nodded and walked back to our room to watch after Cohan. I walked over to Grayson's and carefully woke him up then I picked him up and carried him to the kitchen so he could eat. I sat him down in his high chair then walked over to the fridge and grabbed his baby food and his sippy cup. [B] " You hungry bubba?" [G] " Yes ma ma." He replied as I dipped the spoon into the baby food and began to feed him. After he finished eating I gave him a bath then put him back to bed. Then I left his room and went back to me and Jughead's room and went back to sleep.
