The Controversy

Y/n's pov:

I was sitting with the guys and they were just talking about what happened to them for the past month. It seems that they were all able to meet with relatives or old friends.

Jean: Ya... I was able to see my parents for about two weeks. They were really happy to see me.

Connie: I'm guessing your mom was babying you for those two weeks?

We all laughed at Connie's remark. Jean, on the other hand, was both pissed off and embarrassed that Connie said that.

Jean: *Embarrassed* S-shut up! What about you Huh?! *Points back at Connie*

Connie: Well, I was only able to see my family for about a week and a half... But, I made sure to gloat about graduating, which surprised everyone!

After Connie stated that last part, he let out a small chuckle.

Reiner: Well, Bertholdt and I went to see our families for about three weeks. Right Bertholdt?

Bertholdt: Yup! It was nice to see them.

Connie: What about you Armin? Did you go see anyone?

Armin stayed silent for a minute. I was the only one that knew that Armin didn't have any blood-related family. He only really had Eren, Mikasa, and me as family.

Y/n: I-I don't think it's a good ide-

Armin: N-no Y/n... It's ok... *Inhale* I don't have any family. The only family I have is Eren, Mikasa, and Y/n. I spent the month with Mikasa. I spent a little of it with Jean and Connie as well, but that was near the end of it.

Everyone was silent for a little while after that. I was the one to break the silence.

Y/n: W-well... I also had a crazy month. Don't forget that I almost died.

Jean: Yea. How did you almost die?

Y/n: The story is also how Hange and I got together...

Connie: Oooooh! This will be fun!

I proceeded to tell the story for about another hour before I showed them where their rooms were. After I made it back to mine, I heard a knock at my door. Wondering who it was, I got up to go open the door to look. When I opened it, I was surprised to see Hange, but she seemed to have been crying.

Y/n Z-Zöe! What happened? Are you ok?

Hange: *Sniff* Y-ya... I-I'm fine!...

After about 10 minutes of trying to calm her down, she finally did and I continued to question her.

Y/n: Zöe... Can you please tell me what happened?

Hange: I-I don't want to start a battle...

I proceeded to look at Hange with pleading eyes. She finally broke.

Hange: F-fine... But, please promise to not cause a scene...

Y/n: I promise that I will not cause a commotion.

*Flashback to about two hours*

Hange's pov:

Mikasa: I want to know what you've done to both Eren and Y/n

Hange: E-excuse me?

Mikasa proceeded to look coldly at me.

Mikasa: You know what I mean. What have you done to the two of them?

Ymir: Oh? Caring for someone other than Eren? Hate to break it to you, but Y/n is already taken by-

Christa: Be quiet Ymir! You know that Mikasa didn't mean it like that!
