Mattia pov

i took the glass of shot as i kept my eyes on her and her every move, from dancing on the dance floor than talking to some guys, i wasn't stalking her, i was just making sure she was ok and safe

i don't know what she has on me but it's driving me crazy when she doesn't even want anything to do with me, i sigh as some girl around my age made her way up to me

"well hello there" she said taking a seat next to me

i didn't bother looking at the girl direction, i just kept my eyes at Julia, i founded out her name the other day

"sure keep your eyes on the girl who has a boyfriend" the girl said as i turned to look at her

"do i know you?" i asked as she rolled her eyes getting up and looking towards Julia who was still dancing, this Julia girl has some type of power on her that i can't take my eyes off of her

i fucked up the way we met

"no but you will" the girl smirk walking away from me and making her way somewhere else

i could careless where she had to go or say, right now i just wanted Julia all mines, i know i might sound crazy because we just met a couple days ago and she doesn't even like me but she isn't like every other girl

"if i were you, i'll focus on your mafia" the person who served drinks said making me look up at him

"what?" i said as i didn't even know him

"miles won't like the fact that you keep coming for his girl, or do you not know who miles is?" the guy said making me laugh and narrowed my eyes

"i could care less" i shrugged leaning back in my chair

"right, cause you Mattia Polibio and gets any girl he wants" the guy said. i leaned in forward to be face to face with him as he frowned

"and i will but i don't want her" i said setting up straight and taking the last shot as it went down my throat making me shut my eyes and look back at him "and you are?" i asked

"doesn't concern you" and he left

i laughed getting up from my seat and making my way up to Julia who looked like she was about to passed out

i grabbed her as she almost fell

"woah, easy now" i said as i help her out to the other side where there was less people, i placed her on one of the couch's "your drunk" i said as i felt her forehead warm, she looked at me confused before laughing

"aren't you supposed to be killing people" she said making me cover her mouth and get her up as i pulled her out of there and outside

"your lucky i was there to help you" i said as she shook her head

"like i wanna be save by you" she laughed as i narrowed my eyes at her "why haven't you recognized me?" she giggled a little as her head jerked back, i narrowed my eyes again

do i know her from somewhere else?

"i'll take her" miles came out of no where pushing me away from her and taking her to his car

i was gonna say something but he drove off like nothing leaving me alone in my own thoughts, who really is Julia and why do i keep coming after her

Julia pov

i woke up in mines and miles bed, i curled up in a ball, it was so cold and i didn't even feel good, the door opened, miles walked in with a cup of water and some pills, he smiled as he put them down on the nightstand before turning to look at me

"what happened" i asked but he just took a seat ignoring me as he looked down at the floor "miles?"

"are you gonna keep lying to me?" he softly said looking back at me, i narrowed my eyes leaning back on the pillows "you were with mattia again" he said as i widen my eyes

"i didn't know he was there" i said putting my hand on top of his as he pulled away fast

"don't" he said getting up and pointing at the pills "drink those, they'll help you with your headache" he said about to walk away but stopped midway "i want a break" he said making me get up

"what"

"i don't want to do this anymore" he turned around "i'm sorry" he left

i didn't want to cry nor break down so i just followed behind him and grabbed his arm as he was about to walk out the front door

"miles, i have nothing to do with mattia" i said as he nodded turning around to look at me

"that's not the point anymore, just don't wait till i come back" and now he was out of sight as i threw my head back throwing the nearest thing to the ground

i walked up to the fridge getting out some wine and grabbing a glass from one of the shelf

"that doesn't sound like a good idea now" i heard mattia say making me drop my glass as it shattered on the floor, i turned around seeing him lean against the counter with a smirk as there was a cigarette between his lips

"fuck you" i said as he looked up at the ceiling and smiled

"why so mad?" he asked as he walked up to me, i put the wine down pushing him away

"what don't you get that i want nothing to do with you mattia" i said walking past him and to the front door opening it wide for him to walk out

"that isn't what you told me last night" he crossed his arms up to his chest as i widen my eyes

i remember miles told me i was with mattia at the club, we didn't do anything tho, i hope

"get out"
