Julia pov

"you didn't forget already, right?" miles said as he handed me a gun. i shook my head "great" miles smiled as i nodded slowly. he aimed the gun towards the board pulling the trigger

"is this necessary?" i question as he nodded

"your gonna have to know how to defend yourself" miles answered. michel walked in handing us some water bottles, i took one narrowing my eyes

"you good?" miles asked also noticing michel was acting weird

"what? yeah yeah" michel replied quickly as i looked at miles who shrugged but then michel spoke up again "only one of them died" michel shook his head as i looked at him with a confused look

"who?" i asked

"the short guy. kairi, i think was his name" michel said before walking away

my eyes widen. kairi was dead?

"how did mattia get away??" miles said as he ran his hand through his hair, i shook my head at his statement as he just shrugged also walking away

i sigh picking up the guns and putting them away. once i was done picking up the weapons, i went upstairs to the living room. i sat down as there was a knock on the door

i got up but before i opened the door the guards already did .amelia. she had a smirked placed on her face, i rolled my eyes as she invited herself in

"what are you doing here?" i asked. she only looked around the house before looking at me

"is this where you live?" she asked ignoring my question, i chuckled nodding my head "it's a nice place, but i've seen better" she said with the most annoying smile on her face now

"ok what do you want??" i asked crossing my arms up to my chest waiting for her answer

"some coffee will be ok" she smiled. i rolled my eyes

"your pathetic" i said shrugging my shoulders. she looked at me like she was hurt before bursting into laughter. i just looked at her like she was crazy. then she finally stopped laughing and looked at me serious

"why did you kill kairi?" she asked

"what?" i laughed shaking my head. so they think i killed kairi??

"are you that mad that i killed your family that you just had to kill mattia's friend??" she asked as my smile dropped at the mention of my family

"if i was mad do you think i'll kill someone else? no i'll go straight to you" i simply just answered

"why haven't you then??" she asked with a small smirk

"right now isn't the moment, i won't want you to die like nothing" i said as i tilted my head "i want you to suffer like they did first" i smiled shrugging my shoulders as i heard footsteps approaching us

"your done??" miles said to amelia

"so your still dating him?? i thought mattia had you? oh well" amelia looked from miles to michel who was also now by us

"what did you come here for? to brag about you and mattia?? get out of our sight" michel said pointing towards the door as amelia turned to look at it

"gladly"

Mattia pov

i looked down at my hands as i hold the bracelet and the necklace. all i had left of kairi was the bracelet he was gonna give me. and all i have left of julia was the necklace she gave me back

kairi was gone and i lost julia

i let her go

i sigh as we reached our other house. i got out from the car and walked straight in the house

alejandro was talking on the phone, i looked around the house. i haven't been here in a long time, i can't remember when was the last time i was in this house

ale hanged up the phone

"tomorrows the funeral" alejandro said making me nod "i don't think we should trust any of your guards at this moment " ale spoke honestly

"oh you think?" i said in a serious tone, i didn't even trust him right now

"it isn't my fault julia is also behind it" ale shrugged making me glair as him "she really did go back to miles" alejandro laughed as i chuckled throwing him the house keys

"will you stop talking about her" i said as alejandro catch the keys and threw them to the floor

"she was also the one behind the fucking bomb" alejandro yelled at me making me narrowed my eyes before shaking my head

"she tried to warn me but i didn't fucking listen. stop fucking mentioning her already" i said as the guards interrupted the argument after, i turned around to look at them

"you received something sir" they handed me a envelope

i took it but didn't decide to open it, i just threw it out instead. i'm not in the mood for this

"julia isn't who you think she was" alejandro spoke up out of no where again, i looked up at him narrowing my eyes. does he really want to pick a fight with me

"shut up" i said about to go upstairs until ale said something making me stop in my tracks

"you were in love with her before too"
