You swiftly took off Levi's shirt as he hovered above you on the bed. His cold fingers digging into your skin as he pinned your hips to the mattress, grinding his crotch against your center. You wrapped your arms around his neck, desperate to feel the touch of his skin against yours.
Levi covered your lips with his in a hungry kiss. Delving his tongue inside your mouth as he licked and explored every crevice he could reach. You moaned into his mouth as you felt his palms cup your breasts, gently massaging them in his calloused hands.
Arching your back, you pushed your chest further into his palms as you scratched your fingers on his back making Levi groan. Levi lowered a hand down to your thigh, propping it up against his hip as he grinded his erection against your slit.
"Y/N..." Levi groaned as you circled your hips against him. "I can't do this. I can't hold you when I know you're going to leave me after." Levi murmured in a broken voice. "I can't touch you if its going to be the last time."
You watched as Levi held his face in his hands, his shoulders shook with the deep breath he took. Placing your palms against the bare skin of his chest, you pushed him down on the bed beside you. Swiping your leg over to straddle him, you watched with a blurry vision as Levi's eyes widened at the blood dripping from your nose.
He frantically grabbed the shirt he discarded and pressed it over your nostrils as he held you in his arms gently. Carefully. Like a fragile piece of flower. "Can't you hold me one last time?" You softly whispered against him as he cradled your head against his chest.
Levi remained quiet for a moment. "Just rest for now." He whispered, placing a gentle kiss on the top of your head. "It breaks my heart to see you like this." You closed your eyes letting the soft beating of Levi's heart lull you to sleep.
"You know, I can't remember it. Our last time." You murmured as Levi's fingers stroked your hair. "I tried to remember but it keeps coming up blank. I didn't think to remember because...I didn't know it would be our last. I thought there'd be more." You said in a voice above a whisper as you let sleep claim you. "I thought we'd have more."
A couple days passed and you avoided Levi like the plague. It was easy because he leaves for the Palace quite early and comes back late at night. But you knew it was only a matter of time until you needed to interact with him again because of the titan blood.
You were at the dining hall with Seth, Hange, and Moblit having breakfast when Levi walked in with a pale complexion and dark circles underneath his eyes. He approached you slowly, almost hesitantly. "Y/N..." He muttered with a weak smile. "Sorry to bother you but... I'm in pain."
