"Truth or dare?" Jisoo blurted excitedly, and Jennie thought for a moment before answering.

"Truth!" She giggled a little "because your dares scares me."

You, Jisoo and Jennie had been best friends since elementary school. That made it hard to tell when you'd developed such a heart-wrenching crush on Jennie. She consumed every space in your mind, in all of your thoughts almost 24/7. She was perfect in every ways, inside and out. If you were in a romantic novel you might have called it love, but you hadn't told her because:

1) she nor anyone else besides Jisoo knew you ware a massive lesbian
2) she was way out of your league and,
3) the feelings were unrequited anyway.

"Yeah! But you always pick truth whenever I ask, Jendeuk!" Jisoo pouted and Jennie groaned, rolling her eyes and shifting in her spot on the sofa so that she was leaning a little further from you. Your hand automatically flew to the back of the sofa so you could feel like it was around her shoulders without probably creeping her out or making her move. That had become your life recently, finding little ways you could do which would feel like you were pushing the boundaries of friendship without actually having to do that.

"Fine!" She huffed, "I choose dare"

"I dare you to kiss Y/N!" Jisoo blurted as though she had been waiting for that moment for the whole night, and you wouldn't be surprised if she had. So you shot daggers at her with your eyes.

"Wha- no!" Jennie instantly replied, and your racing heart dropped a little. She turned her neck to face you and must have read the falseness in your chuckle and the sadness in your eyes because she quietly added, " I mean, unless you want to."

You couldn't stop the nod and the feeling of excitement. You then close your eyelids softly when you saw her start to lean in, then soft lips were against yours and you felt like you'd just seen colours for the first time.

It was over all too soon though, and Jennie's brown eyes flickered between your own quickly as though searching for a reaction.

Your hand automatically raised to allow your fingers to gently lay on your lips as you scanned over Jennie's face like it was the last time you'd see it. Her lips were slightly parted and she turned back to Jisoo.

"Happy?" She scoffed, and if she had felt what you had for her then she didn't show it.

When you got home from Jisoo's that night, you immediately plopped onto your bed. You were going to kill Jisoo! She knew you liked Jennie! Why would she make her kiss you?

As you were thinking about this you got a text from Jennie herself.

Nini🐼: Can we talk about earlier?

You hesitated a little before replying.

Y/N/N🐵: sure! What do you want to talk about?

Nini🐼: she made me kiss you

Y/N/N🐵: yeah, so?

Nini🐼: ...... Can I call you?

Y/N/N🐵: sure

"So, she made you kiss me." You answered on the first ring.

"I asked you if you wanted to and you nodded." She pointed out, and thought you could hear a car engine in the background.
Crap. Now she was going to say that she thinks your gross or something and not want to be your friend anymore and never like you back.

"Yeah" you said

"How long?" She asked, but when you don't reply she must have sense your confusion, "how long have you wanted to kiss me for?"

Now you had two options: lie to your crush and one of your best friends or tell her the truth and risk losing her. As much as you wanted to, you couldn't lie to her.

"Since, forever" you responded quietly, and there is a pause on the other line before the car engine stops and you heard the door opening and closing.

"Good" she said and you could've sworn that was the sound of your front door opening, " because that means I can do this."

And right there and then, she is in your room, hanging up her phone before gently cupping your jaw and leaning in again.

"I really like you Y/N." She giggled before capturing your lips with her own for the second time that night. You had frozen on your spot as soon as you saw her like a deer in the headlights, but now the warmth was rushing through you again and you retook the control of your body. A hand gently rested on her waist as she pulled away once more.

"I really really like you too Jennie" you giggled back and blushed furiously. You then put a kiss on her forehead before pulling away and hugged her tightly and never letting go.
