The Red Priestess
The prayers could be heard throughout the red temple like songs. The voice high as sky, the commoners praying to the red god. Looking down one would think there were a numberless number of people, men, woman and children praying outside the red temple. The fire shining through the darkness. Casting the shadows away and let the light come in, Pyre burning as people prayed and burned for the true god. The Red God. R'hllor.
"The Night is Dark and Full of Terrors" they said in union. Their red robes could be seen because of the fire, red like blood, red rubby shining in their necklace like the sun itself. Hearing the prayers made her smile and feel powerful, she was glad to be servant of one true god. She slowly walked inside the hall, the floor made of stone, her footsteps could be heard around the hall, on her sides were people praying, to a candle or any fire they could find. Thee roof and walls were red like blood with drawings of a man with a shining sword. Lightbringer, the sword of one true hero. Azor Ahai.
The air itself around the temple was warm, some people would say very warm, candles and torches were the only thing bringing light inside the temple. The fire casting light and shadows, her face slowly revealing. Her long dark-red hair reached to her waist. Her face a shape like a heart, full breasts and eyes looked to pierce everything.
Her hands softly went to touch the rubby in her necklace, her red robe reaching to her feet and a hood hiding her face but not her red eyes shining in the darkness like fire. She wore three rings in her right hand made of gold. She murmured under her breath when she touched the necklace, for luck, prayer to the true god. She wasn't sure.
Her eyes looked at the flames as they dance, their beauty like no other. She looks deeper as she feels a warm feeling on her face and her whole body. The Fire within slowly shape into a person. It was high in the sky, his dragon roaring bringing Law and Justice. The fire changes again, a blue creature with blue eyes and no shadow behind him, with a large spear on his hand. Larger than a giant, he throws it as the spear fills the sky with blood and screeches of pain and agony.
She moves her face away as they fire shines, she put a hand on her chest trying to catch her breath, her breath quickened as she felt her heart beating on her throat. She moved her eyes away from the fire, almost afraid of the creature from the fire.
"I need to go"
The giant black door made of strong ironwood, the handle of the door made of strong metal showered in gold. Each side of the door had the symbol of The Red God. A Burning Heart.
The door opened not making any sounds, the door was ten feet tall. She walked inside the heart of the temple, candles burning everywhere around the large room, shining through the darkness, painting of fire around the wall and even in the roof. In the center of the room was the man above everyone in the Red Temple. His skin almost red, one couldn't tell if it was because of the fire of the candles around him. In front of the high priest was a black stone. With markings around the edge of the stone, and a spiral symbol in the center.
She remembered the stories saying that it was brought from 'The Fallen Kingdom' or as some people still remember it. 'Great Empire of The Dawn'. The greatest empire to have ever existed. Some said that it had been twice the size of 'Westeros' itself.
Despite being thousands of years, that kingdom was still mentioned and remembered from some people. The stories of the emporer who prayed to the giant black stone. The cruelest man to have ever existed. Some stories said that he was 'The Other' some believed that he was 'Azor Ahai' of his time and few believed that he was "R'Llor". The red woman wasn't sure which one he was. Or maybe he was all three.
