A few weeks have passed since you moved into your dorm, and you could properly say that you finally adjusted to your new home.

Although sometimes the number of celebrities just casually strolling around the apartment is overwhelming you.

You mean

You got the girl group who just debuted this year (G)I-DLE  just living next door.

But all in all, the apartment complex is very peaceful. It was like a haven for celebrities and idols.

Now you're in a meeting with Jonathan because he got you a proper acting job. He then gives you a folder that contains the information about the project.

"School Life Melodies." You're surprised that Jonathan managed to get you a part of this movie.

School Life Melodies is a webtoon which is the Korean take of the hit Japanese manga "Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso" with some minor changes in the plot.

It was created by the award-winning webtoon author who goes by the name "RoverFlame".

And you having a part in this big-screen adaptation is a big achievement for you since you are a big fan of the author and the series.

Jonathan then told you to review the documents regarding the movie because the script-reading will happen within this week.

You assured your manager that you won't disappoint him for giving you such a big project.

After that Jonathan left you alone to do more shady things behind your back while you started to review the documents.

"Should I try gunning for the male lead?" You mentally asked yourself while reading the roles.

"Nah that's too ambitious, I should try getting the support role which is being male lead's best friend." you thought to yourself deciding to go for the male lead's best friend role.

"Well, time to review the parts."

You spend the majority of your time reviewing the documents and you're confident that you knew the best friend role inside and out.

And finally, the day for script reading finally arrived.

You and Jonathan arrived on time, you're nervous because this will be the first time that you will be doing this professionally so the pressure is now getting into you but Jonathan said that regardless of the role that you will get for the movie, the fact that you as rookie got a role for a big project will be good for your career and it made you calm down for a bit.

And one by one the key people such as the writers, executives, and producers are here even the author RoverFlame is present.

But the most important people in this script reading there are two key celebrities that caught your attention.

And it was

Lee Do-hyun, a rising star in the industry, and Kim So-hyun, a critically acclaimed actress.

Seeing Lee Do-hyun in the meeting made you feel relieved that you chose to chase a support role since there is no way in hell that you can defeat him for the male lead.

And with that the script reading finally starts.

The selection for the main roles went smooth since Do-hyun and So-hyun bagged the main roles unanimously and now it was your time for you to bag that support role.

Though, you knew that it wasn't going to be easy since the other celebrities that are present are now applying for the role you're looking to get.

Luckily, every celebrity has the chance of impressing the producers by reading some parts of the scripts, and now it was your turn.

But before you start reading a producer asks you if you are a rookie and you nod your head. You told them that up until now you only did commercials and modeling jobs for various brands.

So-hyun then said that she saw your commercials and told you that you're really a good-looking man. Making you blush on the spot.

After that very embarrassing part, you started reading some parts of the script while trying to show some of your skills.

Meanwhile

The producer who Jonathan bribed for you to have a part in this is impressed at you.

"The kid's have potential, convincing the other producers will be a piece of cake now"

After reading the script, the producers talked silently making you nervous. You prayed to every god that you know to help on this one.

Then one of the producers started talking to you.

"You are a rookie right?" The producer asked and you said yes.

"Well,

Your acting skill is definitely not rookie-like, congratulations you will have the male lead's best friend role in this adaptation" the producer said, making you happy.

RoverFlame then told you that, out of all of the celebrities that who are here who's trying to get the best friend role, he thinks that you are the most fit to do it.

Being complimented like this made you happy.

"I guess I really have the talent to do this." You thought to yourself, finally believing in your skills.

At the end of the day, the rest of the roles were all given and there was a major optimism among the cast and producers that this adaptation will be a success.

Meanwhile, the news of you securing a support role in a major project arrived at your company.

The Big Hit officials praised Jonathan for his work managing you. Jonathan then proceeds to tell the Big Hit officials that He clearly has the abilities to manage an entire company while giving his father A.K.A the CEO a smug grin.

"Dad, your days in that position are numbered."
