Chapter 14

A month has passed after your reunion with Minju. Although you notice that she is having a little bit of a hard time competing with other veteran trainees, she always manages to beat the expectations people have in her, and the fans really like her personality so all in all  Everything is going well for her.

She also has her very own Fanclub even though she's not sure whether she’s going to debut.

You think that no matter whether she wins or not, the future is definitely bright for her.

You on the other hand are becoming more popular due to your recent performances at the shows your club has been producing, with some presentations that are co-produced by you, so even when you're acting you're still doing the thing you originally wanted to do...

People think that it's just a matter of time before some entertainment company starts contacting you.

Though you knew the buzz of you potentially being scouted, You will just outright reject it since you're only doing this acting stuff to have a memorable high school life.

But there is one thing that has been bothering you this past few weeks.

It's Jiheon…

Ever since that day when you both attended Produce 48, you noticed that she's been distancing herself from you. She still greets you and stuff but she rarely ever hangs out with you now.

Even at the club she rarely pays attention to you. You wanted to ask her why but you just chose to respect her personal space.

"Well, I guess she finally realized that I'm such a boring person."

One day while the club president is doing another casting for the new play, she decided to finally give you a major role and unlike the last time, you happily accepted this one.

Though the female lead is…

You guessed it right fam. It's Jiheon…

She also accepted the role given to her which made you a little bit happy since you can finally ask her why she’s been distancing herself from you.

After the club meeting, you decided that it's time to call it a day go home. When you suddenly felt a hug behind you…

"Yo what the fu-!!!" 

"Yah Oppa!!! don't say a bad word!!!" Jiheon told you while covering your mouth with her hand.

You apologized for almost saying that but it made you giggle because Jiheon is really an innocent girl.

She then apologized for staying away from you since she's really busy with her "SchOoL WoRks", You didn't believe her since you can help her with her studies but you chose to let it go...

What's more important is that you finally have the girl you consider as your little sister back.

While you and Jiheon are busy catching up with each other, You heard a very familiar voice calling you…

It was Minju…

She approached you and was about to hug you but she saw Jiheon….

She then introduced herself to Jiheon and emphasized that she's your girlfriend as if she is trying to tell her to back off.

Knowing that this might turn into a scary situation you tried to introduce Jiheon to her but…

Jiheon went right back at her and introduced herself……

"Hi!!! I'm Baek Jiheon, I was the one who took care of your boyfriend While you're AWAY." She told Minju while reaching her hand for a handshake…

Minju accepted her handshake but she mockingly thanked her for taking care of you and told her that she doesn't need to do it anymore since she's now here.

Jiheon then told her that there are two months left on produce48 so she will probably be back in there in 1 week…

While the two girls are busy arguing with each other…..

You're just standing there like a statue since you dont know what to do in this kind of situation…

"I really feel that I'm going to die if I try to calm them down." You thought to yourself as you watch them argue with each other...
