I was texting Connie, she told me what time Coach wanted us to all meet up. Its almost time.

Putting my trainers on, i unlock the door and quietly walk out. I jog to the rink as an attempt of exercise. I enter the door of the back of the changing rooms and sit down as the rest of the team filter in and sit down.

"Hey team, hey Y/N its good to see you" Gordon says and all the team look at me smiling. "Hey" i mutter while waving. "Ive gathered you all here today because i wanted to show you all something" Coach says while opening a cardboard box. He pulls out a green jersey with a duck logo on the front and shows it to the team. "Were The Ducks?!" Jesse exclaims. "What kind of Dumbass came up with that name?" Peter says while chuckling. "Matter of fact, i did we were sponsored" Coach says. "By who? Donald and Daisy?" Averman says while laughing. "Hey! You don't wanna be Ducks? You would rather be District 5? Some stupid number?" Coach asks. "Well its better than some stupid animal" Peter says cockily. "Well ill have you know Peter, that the Duck is one of the most Noble,Agile and Intelligent creatures of the animal kingdom" coach says. "But there wimpy"- "and they don't even have any teeth" Guy adds. "Well neither do hockey players" Coach says and i chuckle to myself.

"Have you guys ever seen Ducks flying in perfect formation?"-"its pretty awesome how they all stick together, Ducks never say die" Gordon says.

"Ever seen a Duck fight? No, why? Because the other animals are scared, they know that if they mess with 1 Duck, they have to deal with the whole flock" Gordon says while strutting, he also takes off his jacket to reveal his own jersey.
"Im proud to be a Duck, and i'd be proud to fly with anyone of you" he says while pointing to all of us. "So...what do you say? Whose a Duck?" Coach asks while smiling.

We all look around at each other. "Ill be a Duck" a tall boy with black hair says. "Yeah, ill be a Duck too" i say and we both take our jerseys. "Yeah me too" Charlie says from behind me. And with that, everyone stands up and takes their jerseys.
