It was time for the game and we were up against The Husky's. Fulton and i have been practicing our slap shots and Goldberg has to try save them, but of course he's scared of Fulton's shots. Who isn't?
It was now time for face off. "Y/N your on first line, you will take Avermans place for the faceoff" Bombay says and i nod. "Good luck!" I hear everyone on the bench yell. I skate up to the marking on the ground where the faceoff will be held. The ref skates over. "Now i want a good period, ready?" The Ref says as he drops the puck, leaving me and the Husky's player practically wrestling for the puck. Well, thats until Charlie and Averman check the guy into the boards, letting me take control of the puck. I skate up the ice while dodging all of the huskies players and Charlie, Averman, Fulton and Guy start checking them. I encounter the goal and i start to analyse my options. I see the top left corner open so i flick the puck up and onto my stick. I skate round the goal and drop it into the top left corner without him noticing. I DID THIS MICHIGAN!
Sirens blare and cheers fill the stands. I scored! "WELL DONE Y/N!" Fulton says while picking me up. "Ahhh! Thanks guys" I say happily as they all huddle around me, giving me a bunch of head pats and hugs. We all skate over to the bench to give the rest of the team fist bumps. "Good job Y/N, that was a great goal" Coach says, thrilled that im carrying the team to a potential win.
