Chapter 5

Cale slightly pushed Lee Soo Hyuk away before standing up and sighing deep. He looked towards the first person who recognized him. Cale felt like his heart is about to burst as he glances towards the others. They were eyeing him questioningly, this made Cale more nervous than ever. But his usual nonchalance and cold look is foolproof enough to mask his nervousness.

"Choi Han."

Cale called out Choi Han's name who look at him with reluctance. It was the way Cale would call him, although it wasn't Cale's voice, it was the tone the gave him away. The cold and almost uncaring tone that Cale would normally use was flowing out on the skinny teenager's mouth. This made the others confuse and conflicted. 

"...Cale-nim," Choi Han called out with concern in his tone. He couldn't help but feel nervous in this situation too. It's another matter because neither did he or Cale told the others, aside from Raon and Alberu that they came from a different world. Cale being a transmigrator and Choi Han being a dimensional traveller. 

The others look at Choi Han and Cale with shock. They eyed the both of them as if they wanted answers but Cale can only look away and avoid their questioning eyes. Instead, he focused his attention on Choi Han and signal him to come. But before he could even open his mouth to say something, the door burst open and who came in was Park Jin Tae gasping for air and was a bit disoriented. 

"Lee, Lee Soo Hyuk-- Hm?" 

Park Jin Tae stopped and locked eyes with Choi Han. His eyes grew bigger as he pointed to Choi Han, "What, what the fuck are you doing here?!" 

Jin Tae blurted out as his eyes were focused on Choi Han. He didn't expect to see him again. He still cannot forget how he fought back in his world, battling that Lion Dragon with the others. He was too shocked to even process those informations. Another world? Magic? Dragons? it doesn't make any sense for Jin Tae, but the proof existed. Not that his world isn't any better. With all these monsters and abilities that suddenly appeared out of nowhere, turning everything upside down. 

Choi Han frowned with the way Park Jin Tae was pointing his fingers at him, "...It is good to see you again, Park Jin Tae." 

It was a casual greeting. Without any honorifics, just the tone that Choi Han used whenever he conversed with him when he was still here on Earth. This made Park Jin Tae scoff in disbelief before his eyes settled on the other individuals who were also inside the office. 

"Hmm? Who are these people?" 

"Park Jin Tae."

"Hmm? What?"

Park Jin Tae turned to look at Kim Rok Soo who called to him. His brows furrowed when he noticed how different this punk feels right now. It wasn't entirely different and unfamiliar, rather it reminded him of the other Kim Rok Soo whom he saw on the other side of the orb too. 

Cale smiled and this sparked something inside Park Jin Tae's mind. The memory of someone who's almost inhuman after showing different abilities and battled with them, overusing his abilities that he had to bleed.
