Chapter 11

The battle continued on for an hour. 

Choi Han was the one to finish first. The monster he was fighting was sliced into two. He's currently standing on top of its head, where his sword was buried deep and the wound was bleeding profusely, leaking sticky and foul black blood. 

Cale stared at this with a rather straight face, but the cold feeling on his neck and his heart that was hammering against his chest was making Cale's senses tingle. 

'Choi Han... This punk became even more vicious.'

He can't help but look away at the gruesome sight when Choi Han, without batting an eye, pulled his sword and proceeded to slice the body in different parts, leaving a bloody mess and its body parts flying off to who knows where.

'As expected of the protagonist.'

He once again confirm to himself that he won't upset Choi Han and looked at Bud who swung his sword, covered with aura, on a horizontal line. The monster seemed to pause for a moment before its large body staggered. Its head rolled to the right and hit the cement ground with a loud bang. The cement even cracked because of the heaviness of the head, and its heavy body soon made another loud bang as it fell to the ground, still twitching and shivering. 

Cale frowned when the dark green blood spurted out of the severed neck and sigh. 

Bud's shoulders were shaking as he stared at the large monster that was still bleeding from every part because of how Bud played with it earlier, attacking without his aura and slicing his sword on its large body, avoiding what he thinks are vital points. 

He was having so much fun after a long while of living a monotonous life inside his office and doing paperwork with Glenn. 

"Ah∽Sticking to Cale is really a good decision. Hehe."

Bud let out a loud laugh as he swung his sword down to remove the blood from its blade as he sheathed it and laugh out loud before he pulled out a liquor bottle in his spatial bag and proceeded to chug on it.

"Kaaaaa∽!"

Cale flinched as his eyes met with Bud who grinned and raised his hand that was holding the bottle and waved to him. 

'That one isn't normal either...'

Cale sighed again as he sympathize with Glenn, who by now, for sure, is stressed out of his mind after his boss vanished without a trace. And even though Alberu's body was left in their world, the Emperor is in a state where his closest attendants can't disclose the information since if the public knew that their Emperor is in a state of coma, the whole Empire will be in a state of disorder.

Among the three swordsmen, Lee Soo Hyuk was lagging compared to the two swordsmen.
