GINTAMA X RWBY CROSSOVER

Gintama - Remnant arc - ch29: we'll meet again someday.

Gintoki doesn't remember what happen after the big flash made by Ruby. He is now in a white void, weirdly in his shiroyasha's clothing.

"We both have a burden that we carried from our darkest past. But the different between us is that you seems to care about more of life than i do." A familiar voice is spoken. Gin knows to well who it is.

"Because i kinda learn a bit from my own past. What about you ? Are you still alive ? Or are you just a dream ?" Ask Gin. "I gotta know... Oz."

"Who knows... probably, i might speak to you while both of us are dreaming." Answer Ozpin's voice. "What if i tell you... i might not be what you think i am. Many forms but the same body."

Gintoki: "what do you mean ?"

Ozpin: "my past made me able to continue life further, changing faces, but still having the same goal. What i'm trying to say is that my return will be delaying. Can you still protect the younger generation from the evil of this world ?"

Gin rubs his back head : "honestly Oz, i still don't understand a thing you said about yourself.  But that doesn't mean i stopping what i do best. And even though i won't be around the kids, at least i know i can trust them watch each other backs."

Ozpin let out a chuckle and answer"Why couldn't there be more of you in our world."

The white haired man reopens his eyes. To see Zwei right in front of him. "At least, it's a change of paste..." he respond, only to be then lick by the corgi. Gin inspect his new location. It seems to be a room. With two beds each side of him (probably belonging to Shinpachi and Kagura). "Who's house is it ?" Gintoki asked to himself. He felt pain from his chest and noticed he was covered by bandages, remembering his fight against Cinder.

"Zwei! Where are you ?" A familiar female voice was heard. Zwei turns to the door and ran to meet his owner. The door who was not entirely closed, was open to reveal Ruby's arrival. She pet her dog until she raises her head and see her unsleeped friend. Her shocking face became a face of joy. "Mister Gintoki!!" Without any seconds to spare, she jumps right on the bed of Gintoki and give her best bear hug (he grunts from the pain he still have from his fight against Cinder).

Gintoki: "good to see you kiddo, but... wounds... still hurt..."

"Oops... sorry" realizing, Ruby released the injured white hair man. She was her tears dropping from her eyes.

Gintoki: "so... where are we ? Where are the others ?"

Ruby: "we're at my house with my dad. Everyone is safe. Heck, you guys slept more than i did after..."

A moment of silent, knowing about the event that happened on the tower. Ruby looked at the window while Gintoki's eyes were viewing the bed. Gintoki breaks the ice...

Gintoki: "heck, that was one hell of a move you did there."

Ruby: "huh ?"

Gintoki: "you know. When you did that bright flash. I bet that giant dragon is gonna go blind for the rest of his life."

Ruby: "actually... it's petrified."

Gintoki: "eh ?"

Ruby walked in front of the window. "Apparently, my silver eyes weren't just for flashes. They were people like me, with the eye colors, that can turn the grimms into stone statues. That's what my uncle said to me. The dragon can no longer move, if you see the news."

Gintoki: "well, i own you big, kid. For saving our butts. Thanks"

"Your welcome." Ruby turns to her teacher with a big smile.
