Gintama - Remnant arc - ch24: yep, that episode...

The battle was gonna start, Pyrrah VS Penny. Gintoki and Shinpachi with Weiss and Blake for some coffee in a stand.

"Pyrrah against Penny, huh..." says Gin to himself.

Weiss: "that Penny girl, she's odd but I must say she's powerful when it comes to battle."

Blake: "who do you think will win, Shinpachi ?"

Shinpachi: "I don't know. Everything can happen in a fight."

Gintoki: "well said."

But Gin knows that Pyrrah isn't a 100% combat ready since the vault. He does hope that Pyrrah would snap out of it and focus on winning. He doesn't know too well with Penny but Ruby and Kagura seems to be good friend.

The Shinsengumi were patrolling the academy while checking on Yamazaki's scroll to eye on the battle.

Kondo: "Pyrrah will win. She's the best student there is."

Okita: "I second that. She's good on BATTLE, since she can use polarity with ease."

Hijikata: "I would say to go back to work but who doesn't want to see an epic battle with those two girls.

Yamazaki: "that Penny girl seems to do well until now. We only met her once and we can say that she has super strength."

Kondo: "this is gonna be a blast."

Madao... I mean Hasegawa was just standing behind the door with Gengai's scroll, who was working on some projects.

Katsura and Elizabeth were on a bar eating noodle in a noodle resto.

"She doesn't seems to be her usual self." Says Katsura.

Elizabeth raises a panel written "during the vault thing you told us. Is she gonna be okay ?"

"Honestly, i don't know." Says Katsura, and take another sip of noodle.

MEANWHILE...

As we left on, Kagura, Ruby and Sadaharu were confronting Mercury

Ruby: Mercury, what are you doing ? You were hurt! Why...?"

Kagura: "tell us what's going on or I'll start breaking your legs for real!"

Sadaharu angrily barks. Mercury was not responding, just smirking.

"Fine. If you're not going to tell me..." as Ruby tried to slide to her left to go see what's going on, Mercury just slide in parallel to her and did it again when she slide to the right.

Both girls hear the crowd cheering, and the battle against Penny and Pyrrah starts. They were both distracted not paying attention to Mercury "show time."

Ruby and Kagura tried to pass Mercury but couldn't since he blocks them. Ruby tries her speed but was kick to be stop and another one to send her back. Ruby landed next to Kagura.

"Just call the other!" She scream for Ruby to do it. She tries to call someone but the scroll was shoot down by Mercury's gun shoe.

Mercury: "let's just keep this between us friends."

He dash to attack Kagura. Mercury tried a upper scissor kick but the yato evade it backflipping. Kagura jump front and land a punch only to be block by Mercury's leg. The rogue jumps and land a slide kick for Kagura to lose her balance and an horizontal kick to send her to the wall. Sadaharu tries to charge to him but Mercury starts firing at him. The poor dog manage to evade them by jumping back.

"Why you!!" Angrily response Kagura. She dash to Mercury, the rogue boy tries a shooting kick, but luckily Kagura evade it, she grabs his leg. She throw him on the wall, but Mercury was agile and spin to lend his feet on the wall and shoot right at Kagura but the Yato girl drag herself backward to have herself facing the ceiling. Mercury missed his kick and Kagura had her hands on the floor and give a powerful double kick on Mercury's chest to send him on the ceiling. But Mercury did again lend his feet this time on the ceiling, and dash down to give a scythe kick. The impact cracked the ground. But Kagura jumped back earlier to avoid the attack. She jump forward and kick Him in the face.
