Gintama - Remnant arc - ch12: choose a better song when you go camping.

Still in the same place from the last chapter. The team and the odd jobs were resting for the night, roasting some marshmallows.

Kagura:"man, it's so good to rest during that tiring day"

Ruby:"but after, we're still going to search the areas for any leads on the White Fang"

Blake:"Ruby is right. If we open our eyes wider, we might find them. We always end up being in the place where they are."

Shinpachi:"for now, let just rest. Any good stories to tell ?"

Yang:"i'm more of telling jokes that can...fire us up. Am i right ?"

Everybody stare at her with a blank eyes.

Weiss:"by the way, odd jobs, i'm a little bit curious of your lives in your world. What does your world is different from our ?"

Ruby:"i'm curious too. Tell us about your world."

Shinpachi:"well..."

Gintoki:"what the hell not ? Let see if they can follow up."

Shinpachi:"okay. So we leave in a continent call Japan, the land of the samuraï."

Blake:"samuraï. I've heard something like that in a book"

Yang:"oh yeah, it was in one of your books that you hide. Ninja of love or something like that."

Blake with a blushing face all red:"YANG!"

Shinpachi:"but it was invaded by creatures from space, aliens. We call them amanto"

Weiss:"wait a minute! Aliens ? As if, real aliens ?"

Kagura:"yep, and i'm one if you remember"

Shinpachi:"a lot of samuraï fought back against the aliens, but they have deadly weapons that made our government tremble and to surrender to the aliens. So the aliens came to our planets like it was theirs. So the warriors have their swords banned by the government and have to live among the amantos."

Blake:"just like us, the faunus"

Shinpachi:"but Gin wasn't the type to crawl by the government. Ever since i met Gin and Kagura, i have a lot of weird, dangerous and fun adventures as a odd job. We fought giant aliens, we helped a lot of peoples, we stopped a civil war, we fought each other of a pole of popularity,... well, a lot of stuff happen to us"

Ruby:"that sound so cool!!"

The girls were very amazed by the story Shinpachi told them. They never thought they would have so much adventure in their lives. That sound very excited.

Ruby:"oh oh, mister Gintoki, can you tell us about your past ?"

Gintoki:"huh ? Were did that come from ?"

Weiss:"it's true. We want to know how you became the man you are know."

Yang:"now that, pick up my curiosity"

Gintoki:"i don't know, my past isn't that interesting..."

Ruby:"please please please. Pretty please ?"

Gintoki was being stare by the girls, and the others don't know if they want to hear it or not.

Gintoki:"sorry but i can't tell you my past...but i can tell you a story i know"

Ruby:"boo"

Yang:"why telling us a story ?"

Gintoki:"because like that. Now shut up and listen!"

The place was silent, except the cracks of the woods in the bonfire.

Gintoki:"once upon a time, there was a boy who was lonely. He has nobody but himself. He has a blade that cut off bandits so that he can still their foods and stuffs from their corpses, and that's were people call the boy the corpse eating demon. But the boy was found by a man, the boy try to defend himself. But the man wanted to help him to use a sword properly. The man became the teacher of the boy and they both began a school were more kids come and learn some swordship. In this school, the boy made two friend, the idiot and the midget. But one day, there were crows that took the teachers away from the students, and burn down the school. The students decided to join a group of rebels that fought against an invasion of monsters. And they also join with...a pirate.
