Chapter 5

Kylie's POV:

I sat with my back against the wall, suddenly feeling so weak. I can't believe I just did that to myself. But I did. And when I thought about it, the solution seemed like such a good idea. I can still eat anything I wanted, I just needed to "fix it" when I was done.

I seemed satisfied with myself.

I went outside with a cup of water to try and steady my shaking body. I felt as if I was going to faint. But I didn't, thankfully. Because knowing Niall, he would try to figure out what's wrong. I trusted him so much. But I didn't want to tell him anything.

Niall's the kind of guy that would do anything to help someone out, even if they didn't want to be helped. He would have done something dramatic if he found out what I just did.

But it's not like I have a problem, right?

I mean it was only one time. I'm sure I'm going to do it again, but I haven't yet. So it's fine.

I walked inside to tell the boys that I was going to get the firepit going. I heard thumping down the stairs and 5 smiling boys appeared in front of me.

"Marshmallows, chocolate, and graham crackers are in the cupboard. I'll grab the stick thingies and we can make s'mores!" I said to them. Not like I'm going to eat any, I thought.

I lit the fire and sat down around the boys. Niall brought his guitar and everyone got ready to sing, with Niall strumming his instrument, hitting every note perfectly and effortlessly. I wish I had his talent. I was just a fat, ugly, untalented, loser.

The light shines
