Although Savannah and Liam weren't together, they both had the same idea. They were too distracted to do their work. Savannah quit her movie as early as she possibly could, feeling horrible for bailing. One Direction's world tour was cut short. Liam apologized to his fans countless times for disappointing them. They forgave him, of course. But it drained the boys to think that they disappointed their fans.
Niall, Harry, Louis, Liam, Zayn, and Savannah all wanted to go back to LA where they were needed.
But even then, it was too late.
Kylie's POV:
I've stared at myself in the mirror every day since the accident. The bruises have faded; the ribs have healed. But I don't see myself anymore.
Every last piece of me had been taken away. I couldn't function anymore like I used to. My body wasn't mine. I was a dirty, broken, piece of shit that no one wanted.
All I did for months was sit and watch my own body disintegrate into nearly nothing. I weighed 72 pounds.
Day after day, my body grew weaker. I would sleep 22 hours in every day, and soon I was too weak to leave my bed to go get something to eat. It was only a matter of time now.
I was tired. I was done living, or at least I thought I was. I had no one to live for anymore. My iife flashed back to the One Direction concert with Savannah. To the boys and spending the month with them. To everything they did together. The friendships that grew and broke but were capable of mending. But I was too tired and too weak to let it happen.
I thought back to my conversation with Savannah, where I told her that I loved Niall.
When he needs to know, I'll tell him.
So I mustered up all the energy and sent the message to Niall.
I love you, Niall. I'm sorry for everything I've ever put you through. You're my perfect little leprechaun. I hope you find someone that can make you happy because you deserve every smile that is put on your face. Don't forget me, because I sure as hell won't forget you.
And with that message, I was able to sleep easy this time.
I opened my eyes again and every little bit of pain was gone. I was strangely happy once again. It was almost as if I was floating.
The door to my room opened and in stepped a familair face that I never thought I'd see again.
"Dad?" I asked, tears flowing from my eyes.
"Look at yourself, sweetheart," Dad said, his face twisted with worry.
"I'm dying," I confirmed.
"You're not ready to die. My grandmother and I have been watching over you ever since I went missing. We saved you once, and we can save you again. Snap out of it, beautiful. You have too much life left to live." Dad's hand reached out to gently stroke my cheek, just as the little old lady did.
"Dad..." I started to say.
"I love you, princess. Please just hold on."
And with that, my father was gone. And I was awake again. Alert enough to call 911 for myself.

"Her vitals are failing. We need to get her into the hospital." One of the paramedics said. A team of people were crowded around me, pulling me onto a stretcher.
I was barely alert, trying my hardest not to fall asleep.
In the midst of everything, I heard one voice. One unmistakable Irish voice.
"KYLIE!"
I don't remember anything after that.
Niall's POV:
"I'm telling you. There's something wrong. We need to go visit Kylie," I insisted, growing more and more impatient.
"Calm down, we're on our way there," Harry said, patting my shoulder.
In about 10 minutes we were there. Just in time to watch the ambulance pull up and carry a sickly, frail Kylie out in a stretcher.
She was attached to breathing tubes and a bunch of gadgets I've never seen before. The paramedics were working on her, shouting things at each other.
I fell to my knees and tears stung my eyes. I was too weak to stand up, it felt like the wind had been knocked out of me.
I finally found my voice and screamed the only word that had been echoing through my head for a long time now.
"KYLIE!"
We need to get to her. I need her as much as she needs me.
