After weeks of tireless nights, hours of practicing, and meticulous planning, it was finally the day of the school festival.

"Omg omg omg I'm so excited!"

Hagakure squealed jumping up and down.  Class 1-A was hanging out backstage waiting for their show to start.

"Thanks for designing these costumes you guys! We all look super cute!"

Uraraka said adjusting the hem of her dress.  The girls all wore bright yellow dresses with blue leggings and the guys wore matching suits of the same color.

"Hey what are we supposed to wear?"

Kamanari whined as he pulled up in his normal school uniform.  He didn't hear anything about dressing up and no one gave him a suit.

"Hey idiot, catch!"

He turned around to see an orange shirt flying right at his face.  He reached up and pulled the fabric off his head to see Jirou covering her mouth, stifling a laugh.  She was wearing the same orange shirt, as well as Yaoyorozu and Tokoyami.

"Cmon Bakugo. We won't look like a full band unless you wear yours too!"

Yaoyorozu pleaded handing him a shirt as well. Bakugo grunted and snatched the shirt out of her hand, hastily putting it on with disgust.

"All right guys! Five minutes to curtain!"

Iida announced waving his robot arms. Everyone hurried on to the stage, the dancers getting in their positions while the band members finished setting up their instruments. Kamanari was adjusting his amp settings when he felt someone tap his shoulder.

"What's up Jirou?"

He asked, turning around to see the rocker girl.

"Here, play this"

She said opening up her case as she held up the Gibson.

Kamanari stared in amazement before slowly accepting the guitar, cradling it gently in his hands.

"Y-You want me to p-play the ES-335?"

He stuttered, his mind completely blown. Jirou never took her special guitar outside of her room. The only time he ever touched it was that first night in the dorms.

"I'm very thankful for everything you've done. You did a great job writing the song and you've been putting in so much effort into rehearsals. If anyone deserves to play that guitar today, it's you"

She smiled reassuringly.

"Wow! Thank you so much Jirou. I'll take really good care of her!"

Kamanari smiled back and once again, they got lost in each others eyes, unable to look away.

"All right places everyone! The show is about to start!"

Iida called out, snapping the two out of their daze. Jirou immediately hurried over to the center mic and picked up her bass. Kamanari noticed she was slightly hyperventilating and she couldn't stop tapping her foot.

"Hey are you ok?"

He whispered. Jirou gave a slight nod.

"Yeah I just, never performed in front of an audience this big. What if they don't like it? What if they make fun of me?"

She started hyperventilating even faster until Kamanari grabbed her shoulders and turned her cheek with his finger so she was looking at him. She stopped hyperventilating but her cheeks grew warm at the sudden closeness with the boy she had started to develop feelings for.
