This is a Chaeryeong x female reader story about the diffuculties that a lesbian couple would have in a not so LGBTQ accepted country and in the music industry.
This is my second book and it will be as realistic as possible.

Itzy and Y/n were about to do an official vlive to talk to the fans and answer some more questions from the public.
They were still at Y/n's place and all sat together on the couch, with the young couple in the middle of them, kind of like a protecting circle.
Altough the first reactions were pretty positive, not all people understood and there were still some awful messages out there.
"Are you girls ready?"
Itzy's manager had just arrived to guide the vlive from behind the scenes.
"I guess we are"
After 2 minutes they were live and people started to pour in.
Yeji started off with the official introductions.
"All in us, annyeonghaseyeo Itzy imnida!"
"Hello Midzy and all other people who are curious about the resent news, thanks for tunning in."
"Before we, and by we I mean mostly Y/n and Chaeryeong, can answer some questions about the announcement, the girls and I wanted to say a few words."
"First of all, this was not an easy thing to share for Y/n and Chaeryeong so we appreciate it if you don't share your hate in here or anywhere because you don't understand or agree. You are ofcourse allowed to ask questions, that's why they're doing this ofcourse, but just keep it respectful."
The comments were now full of questions and people praising Yeji's speech.
Yeji looked in the couples direction to ask if they wanted to say something before they started.
Chaeryeong cleared her throat before speaking, never letting go of Y/n's hand.
"Hello everyone, I hope your not disappointed in me..."
She immediatly broke down in tears and hide her face in Y/n neck.
After all this time, after everything people have said about her, she still wanted to do her best and not let anyone down, and seeing what she got in return broke Y/n's heart.
Y/n decited to speak up and finish what Chaeryeong was going to say.
"Ehmm..hi everyone..I eh-h.."
She looked at the other girls and got reassuring smiles that gave her a little bit of courage to continue, she also had to do it for the loving girl in her arms.
"So I normally wouldn't like to do this, but we all think it's important to share. We get that you all have questions and we will try to answer some of them as best as we could."
The girls had 2 tablets with the live chat on it, and to avoid the couple from seeing any negative reactions, Yeji and Lia, and Yuna and Ryujin had them and they would read and ask some of the questions.
"I like this one 'when did you know you liked eachother?'" Yuna asked first.
Chaeryeong calmed down a bit and repositioned herself in Y/n's arms.
"To be honest, I think from the moment we first met, I already knew in the back off my mind, that I was gonna like her. She has a really likeable charackter. I'm not the best with new people, but something about her made me feel safe and at home, so I warmed up to her really fast." Y/n answerd while glancing lovely at Chaeryeong
"I was a fan of her before we even met. I always attmired her choreo's and when we first met I had this tingle in my body, and I just thought it was because I was fangirling. After a while we grew close and I just wanted to be around her more and more. She always makes me feel like I'm the most talented and beautiful girl in the world."
The girls were all looking at them in awe. They found them so cute together.
"Next one 'how did your parents react?'"
"Before we announced the news I called them to tell them. They didn't understand at first but they were not dissapionted in me or anything, which gave me comfort. I think they were just worried for me but at the end of the day, they just want their daughters to be happy. I also had a talk with Chaeyeon unnie and Chaemin, they were very accepting from the beginning"
"How about you Y/n?"
"Well, my mom knew about my sexuality already, and she is very accepting. Also she is one of the only people who can sense when something is going on with me, so she could already tell from the way I looked at Chaeryeong."
"Cuteeee! 'How do you feel about you guys being the first queer couple in the kpop industry? Also I'm a bisexual girl and i'm really proud and grateful about you standing up for the community! Midzy's love you!'"
"Thank you for the warm message! I think it's kinda dissapointing that we have to be the 'first out queer couple' in the industry. We have to realise that it's okay to love another person reagarding who it is, and for us to be the FIRST, in this day and age says a lot about this society. We thought that it was about time that this needs to change, so if we are the people who have to do that, then so be it."
"I totally agree with Chaeryeong. If they accepted the lgbtq+ community way sooner, than life would be so much easier for all of us. The only way to look at this is to strip everything away. Trow every detail to the side and just look at what it's really about; a person loving another person. I really don't understand why that is so wrong and I'm happy that somebody is finally fighting for that, even tho its not easy." Y/n said.
The girls all nodded their heads in agreement.
"A lot of people say you two look so cute together!!"
They were searching for some more positive comments or questions, but all of a sudden a whole group of haters started to comment and they took over the whole chat. It was starting to piss Ryujin off to the point that she couldn't keep it in anymore.
"Can't you guys just quit already! We've had enough of your disgusting comments! Don't put those words in our mouths! We are NOT uncomfortable with them being together! We are so so happy for them and we don't find it weird AT ALL! so take you rude ass comments, and piss off somewhere else! We are all so done with this and we have had ENOUGH!"
Chaeryeong grabed her best friends hand and gave her a thankfull look. Ryunjin calmed herself down and sat down again.
She said what all the girls were thinking.
They've had enough.
