Dabi POV
the next few weeks, Fuyumi and Natsuo continued to come over. Shoto would visit occasionally, but not as often. it was just a question of if they could keep it a secret. turns out- they couldn't.
there was a knock on the door. assuming it was Natuso or Fuyumi, I went to answer it. but when I opened the door, Instead of my younger siblings, it was my mom.
there is a shocked look on her face as she stares at me.
"T-touya?" she asks, her voice almost a whisper. I don't know what to say. So I just nod. that was answer enough for her. she pulls me into a hug. "I'm sorry," I whisper.
she pulls away and looks me in the eye. "You don't have anything to be sorry for." Haruto walks into the room. "Papa?" he says.
Mom looks at him. "Are you Haruto?" he nods. mom smiles. "I'm your grandma," she says. Haruto's eyes went wide. "but Papa and Fuyumi and Natuso and Shoto said that I couldn't meet you until I was older," he says. "well, I'm not going to tell anyone," mom says. "And plus, I wanted to meet my first grandchild!"
I smile. I haven't seen her in so long. I wouldn't admit this to anyone ever, but I missed my mom. "You won't tell him...right?" I ask her. she shakes her head. "I know how badly you don't want to know, Touya. I also know he would be absolutely fine with it. You are an adult with a child. there is nothing wrong with that. but If you really don't want him to know, I won't tell him." That makes me feel a little better, but I am still scared that he'll come and take Haruto away from me and Keigo. and I can't let that happen.
A/N: sorry it's so short! I really wanted to introduce Rei (for those who don't know that's the todoroki sibling's mom) to Haruto! I hope you liked chapter 6!
