Wolfstar Oneshots

Part 8

It was a trip they where all looking forward to. All except Remus. He wasn't a big fan of rivers. Also he hadn't seen Sirius since the train. On the train what had happened was Sirius and Remus talked the whole ride home. James and Peter in and out, however they stayed there the whole time talking, sitting pretty much on top of each other.

"So I never thought I would tell anyone this, but I feel like."

Remus' paused sighing. Sirius set his hand on Remus' shoulder.

"Whatever it is, I don't care, I will still be here for you."

"It's just I am bi, I like both woman and men."

Sirius was about to say something when Peter and James walked in, and that was the end of that. They hadn't seen each other since then. So when James pulled up to Remus' home with an empty car he was releaved. He had time to think before seeing Sirius.

"Oi mate."

James said poking his head out his car window. He opened the door and ran to Remus giving him a hug.

"I missed you moony."

"I missed you to Prongs. Don't you usually pick up Wormtail before you pick up me?"

"Yea but, he has the flu. He is sick and can't get out of bed."

"Oh that sucks. So it will just be the three of us?"

"Not exactly."

He said as he got in the van, Remus following asking him what he means. Then realizing when they pull up to Lily's house.

"Oh so you got Lily to come huh?"

James just smiled as they got out of the van. Remus hugging Lily.

"Lils."

James said with a smile.

"What?"

She said smiling. He put his arms out signaling for her to hug him. She walked towards him and he wrapped his arms around her.

"OK you two we still gotta get Sirius."

Remus slid the back door open and sat on the couch, James and Lily getting in the front seat. Remus sat in the back anxiously.

He thought 'should I tell Lily and James incase Sirius says something? Or is he gonna act weird around me?'

Not much longer they pulled up next to a gate where Sirius stood waiting. Remus pulled the door open. Sirius stepped in with a huge smile. He pulled the door shut. He leaned over the seat giving Lily a hug and a kiss on the cheek he had always been like that with all of us. She hugged him back. Then he went and gave James a hug giving him a kiss on the cheek as well. They both just laughed.

"Nice to see you too Padfoot."

James said as he started driving.

"Ugh I just missed you guys."

Sirius said then turning to Remus.

"Especially my Moony."

He walked over and sat next to Remus giving him a hug. He must have gotten comfortable because he stayed like that for a couple of minutes, sitting down next to him, but he didn't kiss him on the cheek which was unusual. Remus tried not to overthink it. When they finally got to the river James explained how him and Lily would tie their rafts together, then Sirius and Remus would tie theirs together. Everyone agreed. It was nice and peaceful once the river started pulling them. They all laid with their heads back looking at the sky. They stayed this way for a good 20 minutes.

"Remus?"

Sirius said turning to him. Remus lifted his head to look at Sirius. Remus was concerned what he was gonna say.

"Yes?"

He said hesitantly.

"Are you wearing sunscreen we don't need your pale ass burning."

Remus let out a sigh of relief.

"No mom I'm not wearing sunscreen."

Remus said laying his head back.

"Well where is it, I will even help you apply it all over if you want."

Sirius said flirtatiously. Remus shook his head.

"James has it."

They both looked back and Lily and James where gone. They looked at each other.

"Where the hell did they go."

Sirius asked.

"Ya know I remember a fork in the river a little ways back they must have went that way."

"Yea but why?"

Remus shrugged.

"Maybe they wanted privacy to make out."

They both laughed.

"Yea but you should still wear sunscreen."

"It will be fine we are mostly in shade."

"Yea I guess your right."

They went on in silence for about ten minutes.

"Hey Moony?"

"Yea Pads?"

This was it Remus thought. This is what he was nervous about.

"You remember what you told me on the train, about you being bi?"

"Oh yea I remember."

Sirius gulped.

"I just wanted you to know it doesn't change anything."

"Are you sure because, nevermind."

"No what tell me?"

"It's just when you greeted me you didn't kiss me on the cheek. You always have so it feels like your scared of me or something. Like it's simple sure but it makes me sad, that I make you uncomfortable or something. Because it's not different."

"But It is."

"Why because you know I like men now?"

Remus was sitting up staring him in the eyes pissed.

"What? No it's different cause."

He stopped looking away.

"Because of what exactly Sirius? Hmm? Because we never had this problem before I came out to you so what the fuck Is it."

Remus was infruated, confused, and hurt.

"It's because I have feelings for you."

Sirius said looking at the moving water.

"You? You have feelings for me? What do you mean?"

"I mean I fucking like you. I have for a long ass time. I thought you where straight so I hid my feelings. That's why I couldn't kiss you on the cheek cause I knew it would mean more to me than it would you. I can't hurt myself like that."

"It means a lot to me Sirius. You have no fucking idea how much you mean to me."

About an hour later full of silence they made it to the end of the river or at least where they where supposed to meet Lily and James at. They got off their tubes and pulled them up out of the water. They figured Lily and James must have been behind them a ways so they would wait. They sat their tubes on the ground then sat at the edge of the river waiting. Remus looked up at the big brown trees around him. With the large green leaves. He smiled. Sirius stared at him. He loved Remus' smile. He slowly moved his hand towards Remus', placing his pinky over Remus'. Remus looked at him and smiled. Grabbing Sirius' whole hand with a smile. Remus leaned his face towards Sirius'. James and Lily pulled up in the van behind them as they kissed.

"Wooo."

"Get it Moony."

They yelled.

"Shut it you two."

Sirius replied as he stood holding Remus' hand entering the van.
