Monsters. Demon. Everything the students are afraid of. They had thought about everything. The weakness on every subject we hate and love. How terrifying. But I have one person in mind. If I didn't ace everything, tomorrow is gonna be different.

So I stay calm and let all my studying be worth it. I didn't memorize the whole library for nothing. I have no shoulder to lean on this one... I made a different bet from the others alone... They are all depending on each other. And I'm depending on myself to take the top spot.

Asano didn't became that friend of mine just because he was dared to, he said it himself;

"I wanna know Gakushu-kun... Why did you choose me out of all girls to be your friend? I'm always the one making you do all the hard work. And me being emotionless is only gonna make you suffer in humiliation. Does that bother you?..."

"No, not at all. Why would you think like that?"

"...."

"Y/n, you don't need to listen at the other student's opinions. Believe me or not, you're the first girl who's brave enough to stay and treat me casually for more than 2 weeks. No girl could even last that long AND you caught my interest..."

"I just think I was ruining your fame..." I mumbled. Even without any emotions, I can tell that I was a little concern about trust and selfishness between us.

"Don't even think about me suffering because of you. Even in the wrong times, situations and misunderstandings, I treasure this friendship with you. So treasure this for me too..."

"Until we graduate..."

"Until we graduate?"

I stare at the questions carefully before I start moving my pen. "Like I said... my words won't be denied by those two reddish-orange hair boys..." I mumbled as I watch a large dragon with purple toxic flame form and land in front me. I admit. It looks pretty scary, but not on my watch. History might not be my favorite...

...but it does fired me a little...

"Well, class, your scores in all subjects have arrived..." Everyone looks so stiff while I stay calm in my composure. And Hinata-chan prepared the score board between A Class and E Class.

"Here goes. Starting with English: First in the E Class and first in the grade... is two people tied. Nakamura Rio and L/n Y/n!"

"Woah! A tie!"

"Take that!"

"Both of you got a perfect 100. Nagisa, you put up a good fight, but you haven't kicked your habit of making spelling mistakes when it really counts. Still, top marks in a subject means that one tentacle down." The teacher explain.

"Only one when two girls got 1st?!" Terasaka said while raising an eyebrow.

"I sneakily take a quick peek in little Y/n's test scores and I felt like I'm about to get toasted so why not just give her a different reward?! Besides, we all know that she is a lot smarter than you all..."

"Fair point, but does Y/n agree with it?" Takebayashi ask. I only keep quiet and focus on my test scores. "Next up is Japanese; First in the E Class is Yukiko Kanzaki! But in first grade goes to Gakushu Asano and L/n Y/n with another perfect 100. Kanzaki, you did an excellent job getting 96 and that's enough!"

"Arigato, sensei!"

"Asano can really nab those points, but we have Y/n to beat his ass!"

"He's crazy tough. Nakamura and Y/n only beat him in English by a single point..."
